I just wanted to comment on what was said and I have to disagree that the road to heaven, the straight and narrow path, is a lifelong struggle. We do have struggles this is true but when you have a daily surrendered personal relationship with Christ you have his peace that abides in you. His Holy Spirit lives in you. All I can say is most of my life I truly struggled because I did not know my Savior. Seven years ago I had a miracle and Jesus turned my life completely around and though I have difficulties the yoke is light and my burdens are few. When you learn to surrender and give it all to Christ he carries our burdens trials and struggles. I wish that we could preach more on the relationship because if we don’t have that we will never see the kingdom of God.We have to remember that without Christ we can do nothing but with him we can do all things. Even the desire to spend time with Him comes from Him.
It would be awesome if you all would have a segment on the end times and what all we will be facing. I just know that many people would be blessed from something like that.
Fighting the good fight of faith is spending time with God... ever wonder why it’s so hard to take time out for the Lord. This is our struggle but it doesn’t have to be. If you don’t have the desire to spend time with Christ pray for The desire. I always thought the good fight of faith was trying to stop the sin in my life which ultimately it is but I can’t possibly overcome without a daily connection with Christ and he empowers me to overcome. I heard a pastor say many years ago and I have to agree with him...that the definition of sin is not breaking the law but it is the separation from Christ. Because if we are separated from Christ we will as a result break the 10 Commandments. We cannot possibly overcome without his strength.
Yes, Satan was cast to earth before creation. For if God did not spare the angels who sinned, but cast them down to hell and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved for judgment; 2 Peter 2:4 NKJV
