Solicitor Vincent T.Griffin acting for the 'husband' of murder victim Patricia O'Toole(Murdered 1 year after a UK marriage) in a Probate submission (Insurance Policies worth nearly 4M.) said that she died in hospital.The husband married in Spain in1980 and allegedly divorced in 1984, married Martina Halford Insurance Claims Manager 1 year after the trial in Dublin. HOW? . Gallagher Shatter froze the husband's bank accounts but then backtracked saying the foreign divorce would be recognized soon and it would be backdated. Alan Shatter was then the government spokesman on Justice. Perhaps he did not want to dirty his bib as he would eventually become Minister for Justice .During his tenure, he released Sean Courtney the murderer who had CARJACKED Patricia and dumped her body 20 minutes from her home????
