I was a CNA/nursing assistant for 22 yrs. If you know anyone who is or has been a nursing assistant will tell you it's a repetitive job. It requires extensive activities that include all body parts. I was that CNA who did it all. I was the one others would tell sit down take a break. I started in 1999 when body mechanics went out the window. We lifted residents mostly two person or one person lift. I'm 5'1 I have lifted grown men and women. Worked group homes with 6 wheel chair clients. Warehouse work thru my 20s and at 12 I was lifting 50 lb buckets of raw shrimp I just beheaded at the Korean shrimp docks where I grew up in Tarpon Springs FL. Last year 2021 I under went 3 hand surgeries a hysterectomy and in 2022 Feb, lumbar fusion. Now I'm having combined cervical spine surgery. No rehabilitation for lumbar as I've not been cleared. So my surgeon wants to me to do inpatient rehabilitation as I live with my grandma and other whom smoke heavy. Now my left hand and wrist is having issues. So do you feels inpatient rehabilitation will be better? I do sleep on a sofa I'm really concerned about all of these factors demising my recovery. Really do you think my insurance will approve the rehabilitation?

Thank You, Doctor !! I have to have this very surgery but I am ABSOLUTELY terrified. My spinal cord is being compromised by my spinal cord. Your vid is the only one I could find that addresses this very issue. Sometime this week, (14 Apr 2021) I have to start preparing for & scheduling this. But I'm absolutely terrified. Thank you for such a terrific vid !!!

Hello there, Good video, however we have not heard one single word about forms of payment and most importantly how much such sugery cost? I'm sure you aren't providing your services on pro Bono basis.
