    1:26 Fri Nov 10, 2023 Good Evening Sarah From Gilbert Arizona USA. I really love this video. It has a great fell to it. Sort of an omacozi but you choose your own menu and it comes up quickly. From the looks of the sushi 🍣 you have ordered all of the pieces looked absolutely delicious. And they look so fresh. I would love to have a place like this near me. So many different types of sushi 🍣. I'm glad you enjoyed your meal today. This venue is definitely more top notch than the one that you went to 2 years ago. Healthy Blessings as always. Need update on your journey studying to be a sake 🍶 Master 15:22

    The sushi there looked amazing for “all you can eat”. The price per sushi is very reasonable for the upscale neighbourhood of Ginza. No wonder it was booked full with reservations. Thanks for sharing. As for your question on what to order, I take the philosophy of tasting a variety vs only eating the most expensive pieces. So I would also order a tamago. Your observation on the rice “falling apart” when you eat I’ll try and notice next time I have Sushi.

    • @TokyoFoodieSarah
      @TokyoFoodieSarah  Год назад

      Yes! Team tamago! 🙌 Definitely look out for the rice falling apart when you try nice sushi next time ☺️

    I could never eat so many sushi!!! I think I could manage 10 ... That would be my top.

  • @AKRex

    I think with sushi, I generally stopped at 20-25 pieces overall and that costed me ~ 1600 - 2200 Yen (inc. drinks, miso shiro etc), but that's cause I ate 4-5 times a day (due to waking up earlier, plus making stops at desert places and occasional street food stalls etc) and I was trying not to stuff myself too much, so I could physically get up and continue my sightseeing 😂 This place I personally haven't seen when I was exploring Ginza, but I think if I am able to have 30+ pieces (if their rice counterparts are indeed small) I might try this out next time I am back in Japan again. It does seem like a great bargain if you go in there really hungry, can eat 30 or more pieces and also you can pick the items that would normally cost you within 600 - 800 yen per portion in any other place, whereas here they come down to about 100-something Yen. I am positive that this will be my target location during next visit, I just have to save more money and make the next visit happen sooner! 😂😂😂

    • @TokyoFoodieSarah
      @TokyoFoodieSarah  Год назад +1

      I feel like with an all you can eat, you definitely tend to eat more than a normal sushi restaurant 😆 I usually stop at 20ish sushi! So when you visit this place, you’d probably be able to eat more than what you generally consume haha
      I hope you can visit again very soon!

    • @AKRex

      @@TokyoFoodieSarah I do have a strong feeling that your observation with the amount of rice they put in was on point. Cause rice is the part that fills you up more than the fish actually, so the easier they go on the rice the more of them you can probably score 😅😂

    That's such amazing value! What a fantastic place, thank you for sharing with us! I can't wait to try some good sushi when I visit Japan next year. I will have to add this to my list of places to check out. Well done Sarah and Camera Man, on your scores of 40 and 50! I wonder what the most pieces ever eaten there is... Or what the limit would be before they cut you off?

    Someone mentioned to me that sashimi quality in US is better than Japan because Japanese people ship out the best quality fish to the US because Americans eat more sushi than Japanese people. Can I have your opinion on this since you live in Japan?

    • @TokyoFoodieSarah
      @TokyoFoodieSarah  Месяц назад +1

      That’s really interesting. I heard that the best seafood in most parts of Japan gets transported to Ginza because that’s where all the money comes in. But that’s information from like 10 years ago so the market may have changed! I’ll look into it and post it somewhere if I find some interesting information!
