For those complaining about his voice. The man is 76. And he sings (unlike all the pop "singers" out there that use playback and autotune). Plus, the songs where he "slips" were written when he was 18, 20 years old? What did you expect? Watching Paul is not about watching a perfectly tuned man. Same age as you. My very first 45 record was "She Loves You" . I played it until it was worn out. Also the "B" side, "I'll Get You (in the end)". There was such a magic and awakening to me as a young girl. Only in first grade, and having just lived through the Kennedy assassination, the Beatles elevated me to a pre-teen magic. And that magic has never stopped over 60 years later.

I took my daughter who is in a wheelchair to see him at the O2 academy in Liverpool 8 years ago, only 2000 up close and personal, and we were at the front which was incredible. He waved to her several times and after the concert one of his stage crew gave her his actual set list off the floor and one of his plectrums from his mike stand. To this day I think he was behind it.A true Gentleman and legend. We have cherished the two items ever since.
And that’s all how artists should be. Paul is such a humble man the only time I’ve seen him be rude was at some paparazzi. And he wasn’t even rude he just told them to plz go away cuz he felt harassed. Anyway, I remember reading in the one on one tour book that he wakes up some mornings and he can’t believe it’s all real. He feels so blessed to have his life, and shows it by how nice he is to his fans
Remember the most popular kid in school? Well Paul's the most popular kid on the planet. Love that he's now at least 81 and still going strong. Though the voice is diminished, he is as warm and engaging as ever, plus he can still hit the high notes. Paul McCharmley is an amazing human.
Manami Bhunia Ya most of the comments seems to be made by people like that one kid in a silent classroom, who would shout " EVERYBODY BE SILENT".. 😅😅 I was trying to find, who has complained about his voice!! All I found out was people telling someone " Don't complain about his voice!!" It would be better if these people shut their mouth !! 😋👻
Paul McCartney thank you for staying with us to keep the magic alive of the Beatles! Please keep it rockin for many years to come brother! We Love you.
Thank you Mr. McCartney for being in my life. You, and your Beatle Brothers have been with me since I was 9. 1965? Thank you! Your music has seen me through tough and happy times and what a gift you gave me and the world!
Ikura Prime yeah saved my life when I was a boarder in a Jesuit school. I would sing their songs in my head going up to the dormitory trying not to die . ( that was in France. I am French)
I was standing directly in front of his mic stand at this show! Greatest night of my life! I was just shy of 21 at the time! Been a Beatles fan my whole life! Rewatching this show now!
@@lilbitalexis97 Alex you saw the best of the best then, when i was about 22, I saw the J geils band, i think that was the best concert i have ever seen, or mayby us fans were just into it, n 90% of were hard core fans;) baton rouge, !!
I’m grateful we still have Paul and Ringo out there performing and making new music. Neither of them have to do it. They love doing it and we should be grateful for that. They are living treasures.
1. He's still getting the gigs... 2. His voice has aged naturally - it is absolutely sensational. 3. Most of us (from MULTIPLE generations) love and appreciate the fact that one of the world's favourite musicians is still performing some of the world's most beloved song. 4. Don't knock others! Especially those who are way more successful than most of us could ever hope to be!
saw the Beatles 1965 in Minnesota..3.85 per ticket . wings for 7.50 ..Saw 1 beatle for 3400.00. I saw evevrything from the first to the last. Thank you my hero and friend(via vinyl) still have the originals.. Thank you for a lifetime of love and caring
I think people take for granted that a 76 year old man who was part of the greatest live "rock 'n roll" band of the 1960s is still performing for us 55+ years later. A living monument, still outputting fantastic live music. Everyone in the band could have stopped making music after "Abbey Road" and they would still be a permanent fixture as one of the most important influencers of modern rock music...but Paul is still making music 50 years after the band broke up. I've never heard of anything like it, nor do I expect to anytime soon.
I agree the Beatles are sublime and yet the idea of being a living monument troubles me. The sixties surely taught us that music is culture itself rather than part of a taxonomy of achievements. cosmic peace is possible.
You have brought up an important point- many of the 60s and 70s rock legends are still active and performing. I get angry when people comment they are"too old" to be performing. Other people complain because they aren't what they were like fifty or sixty years ago. I hope Sir Paul, the Stones, Rod Stewart and the rest of the 60s rockers keep playing as long as they want to. Long live Rock and Roll 🎹🎶🎵🎼
Sir Paul McCartney; I am 13, 14 in October, you are an inspiration to me I love every song you have ever made, although I am abit to shy to go on stage, I still sing every peice of art you make. Thank you!
16 here, and same here. I saw him in concert last year, and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. While I can’t sing 😢, I have played almost all of his songs on the piano and guitar.
Welcome to the teen goldies music club I'm 16 by the way I've been performing on some occasions I'm from the Philippines the country that the Beatles dispised hahahaha
Thank you, Paul! This video brings me back 56 years, when I saw you with John, George and Ringo at a concert in Rome in 1964. As I listen to the oldest songs, if I close my eyes I can still see The Beatles.

Over 25 Years ago Paul Broke all world record having written 43 platinum songs and sold over 100 million records. as declared by The Guinness Book of World Records. He still puts on a great show for a mere 76 year old youth, there are very few to compare him to. Still Writing, Recording, and Touring into his 77th years of existence and still rocking the world! "Thank You Paul"
Last week my wife and myself took my 16 and 10 year old boys to Liverpool and did the bus tour on the Beatles and we walked to the Cavern club and watched some amazing acts throughout the day. If you are fan of music this is a must. I had goosebumps nearly the whole day. Listening the Penny Lane as driving down Penny Lane was something I can not explain. I thank you all for the music and Paul for keeping the magic going.
Seeing him still doing tours makes me feel like a Son to dad kinda feeling, just wanna say to him please don't get too exhausted. We still need you here with us Paul.
@@tylerodonnnell6821 while I agree it can be boring, what I mean is that this style is classic and its what we need compared to mainstream media garbage music.
his raw singing voice at his age is really endearing, it may not be quality compared to his time in the 20th century but it’s charming to know he can still sing
i am happy he still tours because of all the kids with their parents. They will never forget the show they saw and the legend that we will NEVER see again. Life isn't perfect.......but he can still deliver a great performance and certainly loves his audience.
I would suspect the extra adrenaline from playing surrounded by people that close was an intense new experience. Just the energy and vibe of the audience and lack of lyric prompter culminates into nightmare situation (for musicians) come to life haha he was thinking "hmm I know that song, i wrote it ...ya whatever... its cool. i don't need a prompter. We can totally do the cool small gig vibe song out there how the stage manager suggested, no problem ". Then out there in the moment where he sings "deep in the dark black night " by mistake he second guesses himself as an artist (with the right to change anything he wants ) he could have just kept going with the new words and not mentioned it, only a few people there would even known. Then he forgets it's Live, live. So he goes with it a few tries until he can relax the "brain fireworks" or alarm bells going off just enough and relax now even more until suddenly he remembers the lyrics and guitar parts in order and such. I'd say an Excellent Performance, none the less entertaining . "The Lesson" here, the audience vibes can do strange thing to even the most seasoned musicians....and don't learn to rely on tele propter too early in life...Paul gets a pass he has written too many number one hit songs to be in the ranking of normal artist limitations and boundaries
@@leokimvideo Paul has written over one thousand songs! It impresses me how flexible and outgoing he can be having written so many songs. Without a lyric prompter, it would be very very easy to mix the lyrics of different songs by accident. Over a thousand songs! The biggest genius star that pop music has seen!
Yeah, absolutely adorable mistakes! I'm sure that we fans have listened to his songs more times that he has sung them so we all know the lyrics better than him does 😂. At least when I was younger I spent all my free time listened to the Beatles. I'have listened to "blackbird" thousands of times.
I was only 13 years old when I fell in-love with the Beatles and their music. I’m 67yrs old now with 3 young grandsons and I’m still in-love with the Beatles. My 4yr old grandson sings ‘All My ‘lovin which is my lullaby song for him. There are moments that I feel so sad missing John & George each time I play their songs. #Beatlesfanforever♥️♥️♥️💙🇦🇺
I can relate....we are about tge same age and up to now, I am still in love with the Beatles, their music and now with Paul and Ringo. Paul is one musician with so much love to give.
Pretty amazing stuff. I'm at the raw age of just 72 but have always loved his style. I only wish that I could express myself equally. At this point I can't, but there is always the future. Clearly the most creative of the beatlex
Stop bullying Paul about his voice. The man deserves a lot of respect. New songs, old songs, they are all very good and show what a genius he is. If you don’t like it, there’s enough other things to watch and listen to!
Paul McCartney is one of the most talented song writers and musicians of all time. In this concert he has amazing high energy as he bellows out the songs one after another. Saw him in concert 1993 in Auckland New Zealand, as a kid I listened to Beatles hits on the radio in the early 60's, as a teenager I listened to Wings in the 70's and devoured every album and in 2018 I was still enjoying new music (Egypt Station) from this talented and prolific songwriter who has contributed greatly to the soundtrack of my life, thanks for the music Sir Paul, you are brilliant.
"I feel like letting go", only Paul can rock this way. Love everything about this concert. What an icon! Sounds great, thank you Paul for the years of great music. So many great memories
His voice may be different as compared to when he was in his twenties but he is Macca and he sings well for his age. He is.a legend...so full of life and love for music. Amazing after all these years.
Loved the moment a fan of the beatles told Paul, she was bulied for being a fan, and now, he is signing and dedicating a song to her, Sir Paul McCartney, such a Legend, for calling out the bullies!!!. Huge respect to the Man, the Legend, and musical genious!!!!!
I always knew, but didn't really recognize how good a musician, song writer and performer Paul was. To perform like this at his age is wonderful. His band is great, like him.
At this age he can still rock the stage and own it better than nowadays artists. A true gift and perfect display of a true musician. We love you sir Paul McCartney
This is so cool and charming to see! His voice has aged amazingly. The man is 76 years old, he wrote and recorded many of these songs more than 50 years ago and has been delivering top notch vocal performances throughout his whole career. The fact that he's still releasing new material is astonishing. It amazes me when people's reaction to this is 'he has lost it'. For real? He's 24 years from 100! Vocal cords weakens and tires when we get older, it's a natural part of our life cycle. For many it happens a lot earlier than in Paul's case. He won't get up on that stage forever, I'm sure gonna enjoy what he has to give and share with the world while he still has the capacity and capability to do so
If anyone doesnt love this... you might need to check your soul... my eyes werent dry most of this video... my valentine is absolely a stunning song...
He still transfers the same energy and pleasure as in the old days and makes people feel good. A living legend and inspiration for all them youngsters of today. Just an ordinary guy and special all the same.
Wow he just looks so great and so full of great energy..and he still hits those high notes! Sir Paul....and I say this as a classically trained professional musician, with erudite taste, you just AMAZE ME TO MY CORE! THANK YOU SO MUCH AND GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS. PS,I am just seeing this show for the first time!!!
To answer your question ! NONE ! but HE will be still remembered ! The best musician songwriter and entertainer of more people on his tours that anybody will ever match !
No one like Paul. It´s a historical legend, His music has been with me before I was born. Nadie como Paul, su música ha estado conmigo desde antes de nacer.

Been a Beatles Fan since 1964 got to see The Beatles play live 4 times-2x's in one day. Saw Paul in 2010; the reason Sir Paul never ages is because he is a Gemini and Gemini's never grow up like Peter Pan. A genius who has touched the lives of billions I am so happy the younger generation are rediscovering the Beatles Genius. Thanks Paul for bringing giving so much love and creativity.
This is the first time I've seen this! Don't know why I'm thinking of Bowie, RIP. Paul is cool and will always be.. I wish all these great artist the very best! Thank you!
I was born 1970 and grew up with the Beatles. I see history in the making when Paul still bother to entertain us. The man is a demigod. Let his human side show. He is great.
I've seen him in concert and it was the most amazing experience ever! He's the ultimate legend, I admire and love him so much! Thank you Sir Paul for everything you've done.
I'd be honored if some Beatles/McCartney fans would check out my acoustic piano & vocal cover of Paul's early masterpiece BLACKBIRD on my channel. Live acoustic with no digital editing. Thanks and peace.
I can't help but remember my parents' insistence that this music was "a flash in the pan" that no one would be playing "in a few years." I think the conversation took place in '63; I would have been 8. Sounds beautiful here, with the energy and the depth and range of the mix and all the numbers from different decades, the coherence of the young lad and the old master within the same soul. Many years of thanks.

Thanks for sharing your delightful story. A real heart warmer.
Doesn’t surprise me! Beatles live thru Paul and Ringo .. can’t ever forget Ringo!!
@@catherineniew7457 l agree. But this is a Paul story here.
Remember the most popular kid in school? Well Paul's the most popular kid on the planet. Love that he's now at least 81 and still going strong. Though the voice is diminished, he is as warm and engaging as ever, plus he can still hit the high notes. Paul McCharmley is an amazing human.
And no, he didn't die and get replaced!
I would say we should give him a few more years before his voice is actually gone. But right now it sounds pretty decent
I can't see our world without Paul McCartney Paul for ever

Who is complaining about his voice !!! I was scrolling down and the only thing I see is love, loads of loads of love for this man !!!
Manami Bhunia Ya most of the comments seems to be made by people like that one kid in a silent classroom, who would shout " EVERYBODY BE SILENT".. 😅😅
I was trying to find, who has complained about his voice!! All I found out was people telling someone " Don't complain about his voice!!"
It would be better if these people shut their mouth !! 😋👻
Hopefully, somebody is removing nasty troll comments.
Amazing grand dude 👏👏👏

Hi Lara, how are you doing????
I’m grateful we still have Paul and Ringo out there performing and making new music.
Neither of them have to do it. They love doing it and we should be grateful for that. They are living treasures.
1. He's still getting the gigs...
2. His voice has aged naturally - it is absolutely sensational.
3. Most of us (from MULTIPLE generations) love and appreciate the fact that one of the world's favourite musicians is still performing some of the world's most beloved song.
4. Don't knock others! Especially those who are way more successful than most of us could ever hope to be!

I love that his 76 year old voice not quite perfect it shows his experience and depth, its more beautiful and honest than ever !

@@brucelamberton8819 That was great!

It is horrible to realize that he won't be with us for much longer.

This is what we need today in the music industry, this is straight revival of the classics.
Mr. Landen no, it’s really not. It’s fine to enjoy old classics, but just rehashing what’s already been done is both derivative and boring
@@tylerodonnnell6821 while I agree it can be boring, what I mean is that this style is classic and its what we need compared to mainstream media garbage music.
his raw singing voice at his age is really endearing, it may not be quality compared to his time in the 20th century but it’s charming to know he can still sing
He can certainly sing better than me haha
He certainly gave Helta Skelta a good airing.
i am happy he still tours because of all the kids with their parents. They will never forget the show they saw and the legend that we will NEVER see again. Life isn't perfect.......but he can still deliver a great performance and certainly loves his audience.
The most beautiful mistakes during Blackbird. Amazing performance of that song.
@@Halliday7895 I didn't know Paul uses a lyric prompter. Sure I have seen other 'famous' artists heavily rely on them.
I am loves Blackbird!!!!!
I love this man!! Not only did he bring so much joy to the world, so much change, but he’s humble! Kind to people, just a lovely soul
I was only 13 years old when I fell in-love with the Beatles and their music. I’m 67yrs old now with 3 young grandsons and I’m still in-love with the Beatles. OMG how could his voice so tremendous he's 76 this is freaking awesome
keep on rocking, Paulie:D♥️♥️ love you from Korea

Congratulations, from Czech republic. I love Abbey Road 50 years! This is the best album for me! This still makes me cry!
