  • In this video, I’m going to show you how to make rizogalo - Greek rice pudding.
    Rizogalo is a creamy, delicious Greek dessert topped with ground cinnamon.
    First, I’ll boil the water and add the arborio rice. The rice will take approx. 18 -20 mins to cook.
    Once the rice has cooked, I’ll add the milk, sugar, lemon peel and vanilla.
    Once this mixture has come to a boil, I’ll add the cornflour slurry to thicken the rice pudding.
    The rizogalo is ready when it has thickened to a “porridge (oatmeal) like consistency.
    Finally, we’ll serve the Greek rice pudding in bowls and top it with plenty of ground cinnamon.
