Those guys building the deck don't know what the hell they're doing you never butt the boards up to each other without
spacing them ! 🚩👈😉

The boards dry and shrink very quickly, leaving wider gaps that the initial spacing was intending to avoid. Boards placed against each other will open to 1/4" in no time.

Good that the guys did not show their buttcracks! In USA, most contractors hav buttcracks hanging out the back.
