@@jc_dogen And the sad thing is that seemed to be the only time Konami actually got someone to play the Guitar Solo in that piece. Every newer iteration has skipped the Guitar Solo because they couldn't find someone to it or just used sound samples on a computer.

Sounds like the band is trying to keep up and are not all in tempo. other than that it sounds good, a gamer that has listened to the theme of a game for hours will really know.

One of the best SOTN/castlevania tracks of all time. Best is still Lost Painting from SOTN...bloody tears is best overall for me.

guitarists were amazing, sounds like the violinists struggled to stay cohesive and in tune at some parts. i get it, i was in orchestra too, and this doesn't seem like the easiest piece to play. but they look young, high school maybe?

Guitar is pretty on point. Well done. A difficult piece to play.
Wow this is spectacular. I didn't care for the guitarist on the old school medley, but here, he absolutely nails it. Great job.
Sadly the bass gets drowned out in parts of the recording... between 1:15 and 1:25... what the hell? did they lower his volume? the thumping bass is crucial to this track I feel... it comes back for the 2nd section around 2:09 but again drowns out at the guitar and string melody section.. again... like the part at 2:50 really needs that thump sound to it... otherwise this was awe inspiring! My man on the guitar nailed that solo and won over the heart of his axe (pun intended)

Is the string section sharp compared to the guitar? (Or the guitar flat?) It “feels” slightly off in some way. Not even all the time though, but when they are doing some of the long bowing measures it seems off.
