I didn't know there was an health risk with coffee as I don't normally drink it . However I ran out of chocolate tea.. so I tried it today . And I am now feeling cramps . I think I am pregnant.. omg
I have a brand of coldbrew that is 125mg for 12 oz. I mix that with a generous amount of oat milk everyday. I dont feel deprived and have enough left over for an afternoon tea (35mg) if i want

I drink 8 oz coffe the smallest, ever since I got pregnant I dont like coffee much the tast is different I can only drink a little I was scared that it can affect my baby now now I feel better.
I don't like coffee but now that im pregnant im 21 weeks and this morning i woke up craving coffee, very weird. So i had a cup of coffee and made me nauseaus.

Same with me. I love coffee during my 2nd trimester. But just one cup a day.
I drink coffee everyday and just one cup a day not even 8 ounces
