An underrated scent for warm weather if you like sweet fragrances is Armaf Ornament. I think it doesn't get enough love in my opinion. Good yr round scent, that can also be used in the warmer months. Compliment getter that women love, and for lovers of sweet fragrances like me, it gives you the option of something you can still wear during the warmer months.
In my small collection of 40 or so cheaper frags my summer rotation is MB Legend Spirit, CK Eternity Aqua, Belcam G Eau Blue (and original), penguin premium blend, starwalker, Y edt, and a few more I’m forgetting. The only one with pretty good performance is Y edt
Azure Royal by Amhed Al Maghribi. It smells like 75 percent Megamare and 25 percent Erba Pura. It's very versatile, could be worn all 4 seasons but is very sharp so only true fragheads will enjoy this one.
It’s tough to find true summer scents that last and project well, most are too light of a fragrance. I love Versace Man Eau Fraiche and Mont Blanc Starwalker but neither last that long. The best part is they are super cheap so you can overspray or reapply frequently with no worries. Cooler summer days I will rock YSL Y edp or even Sauvage edp (risky).
Cool water intense. Its a beast! I actually get compliments with this one.
Nice! Still haven’t picked that one up. Couple of the cool water flankers over the past few years have been very interesting.

I have Atlas it's ok. Not my cup of tea.
