The rest of NF’s songs (I may have missed them if you already did his whole mixtape)
Hey Knox, since you are a fan of death note. Can you please react to
Zach Boucher feat Rustage
DeatNote Rap
X Gon give it to you
Tech n9ne. Snow tha product. Preferably tech but she deserves some recognition for sure
not sure if you have done it(have not seen every video lol) but Ill mind of hopsin 6 or 5
No cap, I've had DMX "X Gonna Give It To Ya" as my ringtone for almost 2 decades.
RIP DMX, all dogs go to heaven.
🙏🙏🙏
@Gary Hochstetler Have you heard the saying, "Hate the sin, not the sinner?"
It is okay to hate that DMX was addicted to the smack.
It is okay to hate that it lead to him falling off (because it also sent his ass to jail).
But it is not okay to hate the man.
So, would you kindly, get the fuck up out of here.
@Gary Hochstetler The seat can go with you on the way out. Thank you
RIP DMX🙏🙏🙏
An absolute legend
All my favorite DMX songs hits so different now. Slippin was the light at the end of tunnel for me so many times. I can’t thank him enough for that. DMX first album was my first album I bought and i listened to it religiously, he was the standard. I love that CD, That album is a classic for me. RIP DMX.
If you got DMX's first 3 albums as the standard, pretty much noone else can measure up lol. That's such a high bar VERY few can ever reach. I will never forget the late 90's - early 2000's hip hop. Legendary.
@@jamesdjl4359 absolutely, I wholeheartedly agree with you 100%.
Ive always thought Obie Trice was highly underrated. Should Do a reaction to DMX ft. Jadakiss.
I agree Obie was underrated.
Obie is a fucking beast
Do DMX " let it fly"🔥🔥🔥
Obe was and is still a paper killer beat driller!!! He and Em are the two who need a collab album!!!! Please Em/Obie do the world a favor and release a teammate album!!!!! We need that🔥
Obie Trice had that Shawn Carter pronunciation
As you mentioned, DMX's passion, storytelling ability, and aggressive delivery combined with his musical versatility really resonated with me growing up. From party jams( Get in in the floor), to slow jams (Hows it going down), anthems (Ruff Ryders), therapy jams (Slippin), hype jams (Get at me dog, where the hood at) this man could do it all and he never changed his style. Same voice same passion same delivery everytime. And then if this man was doing a collabo song and he usually was the last one to go cuz you know he was going to shut it down. RIP to one of the greats and thanks Knox for bringing this one back.
Well said 💯
This track was so good that I actually went to sleep.
This is what they play in the hood for lullabies for baby's
I'm happy to see someone pay homage to DMX. He was an Icon, it was a sad daddy when he passed. Please react to more X
🤣
I'm sure many daddy's were sad
@@ryan5936but that was the saddest daddy
One of my go-to workout tracks. Always get me extremely hyped up. One of the best disses. RIP DMX. I miss Obie too
@vegardhuse Same here bro.
When I was fighting to get out of active addiction Slippin helped me so profoundly I'd never have the words to express my gratitude towards a legand like DMX..I hope & pray he always knew that he touched, changed & help save lives out here. R.I.P. X u are an ICON 🙏🖤
I used to keep that song on repeat and fall asleep listening to it. Still hits just as hard
I clicked faster than Eminem and DMX rapping-
so did I ha ha
@@myscottishopinion9955 yeah, I know everyone says first, put i screenshot because I was the first view and like... I was so happy, lol
DMX has never rapped fast...
DMX doesn't rap fast
@@Young23Bull23 yeah. Should have said "I clicked harder than DMX rapping". Cuz nobody was harder than X.
I love that you mentioned his passion! For me you can HEAR the passion and what not in most rappers songs but for DMX you can actually FEEL the passion, pain, sorrow and the aggression he puts behind the words he uses.
“No one can get you hyped like DMX” that’s on GOD!!! 🔥🔥🔥
RIP LEGEND!! Thanks for this Knox!
Hypest song I ever heard in my life to this day. Playing this on a loud speaker before a football game, nothin like it
Thats my two favourite artist here, Em & DMX
Knox wish you could breakdown "music box"
This song will never get old. I still bump this in my car all the time and boy does it still bump
And obese rice was so underrated. 🤣🤣🤣🤣Obie Trice* , his album cheers was hot
This is one of my all time favorite songs.
RIP dmx one of the 🐐
My boy knox de greatest... rip dmx rest in power brother...
I don't get emotional for celebrity deaths, but DMX's death is hitting different. 🙏 RIP✌
He was like a hero in lonely times. At least for me
Same all these rappers who died I didn't care but dmx hit different levels
Cap!. What about nipsey? A real One!
@@supaadoopaaa3972 sorry, I'm an east coast old head, I didn't know much about Nipsey
@@strongcrosby so we get it now😏
X wrote songs like it was nothing. Pumping out multiple bangers daily. People slept on him but boy was spittin
Obie Trice is one of the most underrated rappers , that man is on some next level shit
Rip dmx he's such a rap legend 🙏🙏
This was the best reaction & break down I have ever seen damn man great work. Huge DMX fan from the start till today & the end. RIP Earl Simmons Long Live DMX
I always loved Obie. This is one of my favorite verses from him. He was definitely in my playlist back in the day.
My personal top 3 from DMX is: Party Up (first song I not only heard from him but I believe it was the first rap song I had listened to and actually liked), X Gon' Give It To Ya (obviously), and Ruff Ryders' Anthem. RIP DMX
Hell yeah I was 8 and first heard Party Up from Gone in 60 Seconds Sound Track. And would get in trouble rapping the whole song word for word. One of my all time favorite HipHop songs.
I don't necessarily agree, but I cannot argue either.
Ruff ryders anthem will forever remind me of the 90s. I had changed my computer back then to play random different sound bites for everything and every time I’d get an AOL IM it would play a clip from the ruff ryders anthem. Drove my dad CRAZY! Lol. Also had some weird South Park sounds on there. Back in the day when you had one computer for the whole house 🤣. There wasn’t one sound my best friend and I hadn’t reset lol. But to this day I can’t hear that song without getting the urge to even look at my phone to see if there’s a text.
I remember when I first heard DMX on 4,3,2,1. Was blown away instantly! Remember waiting for his album to drop, soon after. You should do a reaction to that one if you haven’t already!
"Me do this one all by my lonely
I don't need fifteen of my homies
When I see you, I'm seeing you, me and you only".... maybe the best Drop ever...
Hey Knox, teenager fan from the UK here - I want to say thank you so much. Your reactions to NF and some of your own music too (I’m a Christian so I don’t watch many explicit reactions or listen to much explicit music but your NF reactions and clean songs are amazing) have really helped me in my own rap writing; I’m planning to get into the rap game, and I’m taking official rap lessons. Your breakdowns aren’t my main rap education by any means, but they have helped me think about how punchlines and a lot of rhyme and flow are structured, so keep up the good work Professor Knox. A breakdown request is some more Perception NF; One Hundred, Know, Ten Feet Down, Destiny, Dreams, and You’re Special specifically are some awesome ones.
Remember that practice is the most important! When Eminem was broke with his newborn daughter and working in a local kitchen, he would make rhymes out of the orders cause it was ALWAYS on his mind and he's always practicing.
'Greatest' off Kamikaze and 'Heat' and 'Believe' of Revival breakdowns would be dope
He gotta do Greatest first, the rhymes on that song is insane , Oh My God
Maybe at some point you could do a reaction for Obie ft. Em and Dre "Shit hits the fan". One of my favs.
No one breaks down tracks like Knox 🐐
damn R.I.P DMX. Man, X for me is up there with Pac.
TRICE is so underrated.
1.pac
2.big
3.Em
4.method man
5. DMX
This is one of my favorite songs and this is easily my favorite breakdown of it. Great job
Hey Knox!! I just wanna tell you that I love you r channel and it brings me happiness on the sad days! Thank you for being you and keep grinding ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ruff Ryders' Anthem is one of my favs
This song used to bump in my 96 Taurus back in the day
Rest in Piece DMX, A legend has gone.
Love that you actually gave us a history lesson in hip hop too. Subbed!
"no one will get you hyped like DMX" that shit is so true on DMX songs man!
DMX - ATF
Story telling at its best, pure passion and hype from start to finish.
Love that story
Nice history lesson knox, a few things I didnt know about there, love this beef track. Rip dmx.
Oh, so this is what em referenced the killshot when he said "Lethal injection, go to sleep six feet deep".
Lethal injection is an Ice Cube album.
Go to sleep is a DMX & Em song.
6 feet deep is a Gravediggaz song.
I just realized that rofl
Yup, that bar alone was one of the best in the song
I also saw someone point this out a lethal injection is a kill shot thought that was pretty cool too
This track is one of the epic everlasting track I just love to Play in my 1700W high-end system.... Im just as old as EM (48 now, 2022) I Will keep listen to this masterpiece to the Day in No more, damn this is one you have to get on your "best track forever" playlist....these 3 artists do this track so well together.... This is true Power...
Love your breakdowns. Especially when you add in some history/extra facts. You also have a sick flow yourself. You got a fan for life my mans.
The way he starts gives you chills still in 2021
Yessssssssss I’m glad I got to basically hang out with you and listen to this iconic song in hiphop history with you! All I gotta say is please knox give us more X 🙏
Thank brother. Appreciate the support 🙏
I genuinely love everything you throw into your videos, research is top tier, but damn can we hear a full sentence please? 😂😂❤
Exactly he gets 2 words and stops it in every video it’s nerve racking
rip DMX , i just want to say Ramadan Kareem to all your Muslims subscribers ,including me .
Ramadhan Kareem
@@rahmatlela2402 thank u, for u too and ur family if ur Muslim 🙏🏽
Obie is fkn underrated, he's different and unique. Still listening to SHTF feat Dre
DMX is a Pitbull off the leash! I still bump X to this day. It's Dark and Hell is Hot was an instant classic. To me, at least.
R.I.P. BIG DOG!!! Ruff, Ruff!!!
Man this song is still in rotation in my playlist at the gym it just gets me so hyped man, rip Dmx
Imagine a Collab: Eminem ft. Rakim, DMX, 50 cent, Tech N9ne, J. Cole and Kendrick
To much 🔥 I don't think we could survive that collab
My brain wouldn't be able to comprehend...
Royce nf and token to
There should’ve been All Star Rap song where only the greats come out lol.
Poor Cole gonna get bodied
I seriously love
That song sooooo much RIP DMX
RIP DMX!
and damn i love obie, we need more music asap from him!
Em's anger and passion on this song are fire
I still play this regularly, the beat, and the energy is crazy. 1 thing though i always thought DMX says understand my pain, the rain ain't ( sweet ) but you hear it as the rain ain't sleet.
😭 can't hold them in, DMX always was there with his music in the lonely times.
The "rain ain't sweet" line made me think of acid rain that taints the soil.
"Rain ain't sleet"*
@@xtravagentk1275 Oh ok. Then there goes the metaphor. I am German and the phrase for acid rain in German literally means sour rain. So that is where my mind went immediately.
@@TheHobbyReaper that's so cool! It's an unintentional double entendre 😄
Not only are your break downs legit af knoxs.... but your knowledge on rap history/beef is mind blowing!
I remember this song came out when I was in high school... like my freshman or sophomore year. It was hard af.... approximately 17 or 18 years... this song is still hard as F.
DMX was a true great! Rip
This is my ultimate get hyped song.
So glad you done DMX 👌 RIP Legend
Love the way you describe Obi it's exactly what it is.
Notification Gang! Love the channel homie!
DMX was smart enough to know the DOG represent Anubis(the protector) which is a very complex abstract metaphysical concept not a god.
Love how you give some flowers to Obie's delivery, underrated MC. X makes you feel every fucking word he says, collected everything from DMX, his live performances were unreal. Anybody who hasn't seen a DMX live performance, theres a video of his 99 Woodstock set on youtube with great quality i was watching after i heard he passed, got quite emotional to that.
My second favourite Christmas carol is DMX’s version of Rudolph the red nose reindeer I play it every year during Christmas time my kids love it too
your breakdowns from percpective of lover of music is spot on love your reactions
Hey knott ur the goat of bar breakdown this song was bumping in high school and chaos theory is bumping keep up the good work
RIP dmx lost a great
Please More DMX!
Army of the Pharos / Jedi mind tricks or anyone in the group Singled out like - Apathy or R.A the Rugged Man, Vinnie Paz or celph titled
would be dope to see as well on a different style perspective
Mr.Hill i love your authenticity when talking abouut dmx
Still one of my favorites as well! I miss this Shady. Great track choice man. When Cradle 2 the Grave came out, I was all over this soundtrack. Gonna have to go unearth it now. lol
R.I.P. DMX! Grew up on his music. Him and Em were two of the biggest reasons I got into hip-hop. I might not be producing today if not for him. You will be missed dawg. ✊
DMX - ONE MORE ROAD TO CROSS
Rest In Peace X... Darkman 🐺
I never going to be tired of listening this song is just insane R.I.P the greatest DMX
This was a great breakdown of a song that even though I hadn't heard it in probably 10 years, I still know word for word
My fav DMX tracks are Slippin and Ain't no sunshine🔥RIP🙏
One of the most insane violent and agressive Eminem Tracks, Its an Epic Track, so damn special, so good, so mood changing, this is motivation like never seen before... One of my favorite motivation tracks ever in World history... So damn Epic.... Its hard to ever make one Like this....Em is the GOAT of All music.... With a great support team. Its game over...
Em is not why this track was heavy, motivational, special or mood changing lol that's all DMX lol Em is just some frustrated lil punk unable to figure out power up.... X picks him up as props for not quitting
@@W4ll_fl0w3rEminem made this track for me too if he didn’t for you that’s fine but you didnt need to shit on em to uplift dmx. Ems a legend in his own right just like DMX was.
R.I.P the great one, DMX. Well done obi, Eminem on top of them, fucking classic
best reaction i have ever seen on this track. thank u brother for the heat, love yall
Love this song. Perfect intro to the cradle 2 the grave movie. This song hits
Hearing X hits me in the feelings growing up cut in my teeth on ruff rydas anthem and so on. R.I.P a legend Dark Man X.
I Love the evolution of music and people are beginning to understand that musicians use thier art to tell the people what's really happening.
It's a bit old at this point, but I think you'd have a field day with "Campaign Speech" by Eminem
This song slapped on my 2 15s back in the day. Good ol days. Ramadan kareem everyone
Thank you for this was waiting for you to go down the legends lane
Oh hell yeahhhh!!!!! Thank you knoxxxx!!!! Love this song
Song is still a banger... and still on my most used playlist
His death hurt me probably way more than it should. I kept hoping to hear him to a collab again. Such a huge part of my teenage years and what really got me into rap.
"Fucked with a label overseein' the earth"
Still gives me chills
Love the break down
Definitely one of the most in depth I've watched and listened too
Next up we need you to react to some uk drill also around 5:21 im pretty shure em rhymes ingles with unless and flesh
Nice to see you reacting to this bro hope you are all well all love man goes without sayin
The drop at the beggining its stronger than Big boy and fat man combined ...
Love this song EM and X sound well on a beat.
I'd really like to see you doing an Eminem Week, like what Stevie Knight did.
Keep grinding,RIP DMX
Stans everywhere, what for an eminem week, we are right now here to celebrate the Life of DMX. Fool. Get outta here.
Cringe
Man I fucking loved Obie back in the day. He was so underrated and underappreciated. But out of pocket rapping wasn't that big back in the early 00's and certainly not in the lanes he was running in.
Love from India Sir❤️❤️
It's pleasing to just see ya n hear your viewpoints. Always admire your hard work🙏🏼🙏🏼
Of course loving the music man your album is unreal I’ve already recommended you to a lot of my friends man loving your channel and music man god bless you and your career man you always got a long time fan in me now man
DMX is a awesome rapper he actually helped me listening to his music
Best dmx breakdown wish u would do more
