Yes, there was an umpiring error, but it is possible that it even hindered England - who knows what would happen in the scenario where Rashid is on strike with 4 to win 3 to tie off 2, with Stokes potentially facing the last ball - you say rashid would've had 2 balls - how do you know he doesn't get a single? The game we would have seen without the umpire error is now a different universe and different game.
