    Mine has a glass front cover I don’t know how to remove, so after step one, I’m screwed.

      those fluffy things are like steel cotton, they burn and glow to create amber like effect, but they do not light up on fire.

    There's no 12 noon when referring at the clock dial for pointing things out, it's 12 or 12, nothing else.

    Your presentation confuses me. You say "switch" then point to a valve! Switches are electrical, valves are mechanical.
