100hp to 2sylinder 2stroke is very big amount of hp. You can turbocharge 4strokes so much to get 1:3 power. Btw, charging 1.6l formula engines you can get near to 1000. + 11l v8 engines can run 11 000hp

I had a trailboss 250 in the 90's and a buddy of mine got a banshee and brought it over to ride. I was blown away, i had never seen anything like it. Have always wanted one since and still haven't achieved that dream. I got a really good running 400ex now but not the same. It is still fun tho.
That's like that Rossier banshee I drove trail riding with buddy's and couldn't keep the thing on the ground. This Rossier banshee was featured in a magazine and it was a blast and scary ride. After about 10 hours of riding it it still scared the hell out of me
I think Yamaha made a mistake when they discontinued this atv. It was always my favorite. I almost bought one, but ended up buying a house instead, and I never did find one that all the fenders were not cut off, so I ended up with a Suzuki LT250R bored 60 over, and ported and polished..it was a great machine but still wouldn't hold a candle to the banshee!!!

He was talking about ENGINES not ATV’s yes the engine may be a ATV but cars also have 4 stroke engines and they arguably sound way better than a 2 stroke ATV.
Randy The cost of oil is much more and they’re not fuel efficient so on top of replacing the engine every 3 years you also have to spend big bucks on oil and fuel. Unlike 4 strokes which have a good oil lubrication system.
Launched in 2nd gear, back tires slips like it's on ice, puts the 3rd gear, it pops a wheelie, going back down, putting the 4th, and it pops another wheelie in 4th gear GOD DAMN this thing is a huuuuge beast!
