Yea it's cuz of the engine mw2 used, they added water ripples and water caustics, and bo6 is apparently using an updated version of that engine

It is interesting that BO3 also had reactive water physics, but never returned until MWII.

The weird thing is that Black Ops 6 does have gradual car window shattering like BO4 and Cold War, but only on some sedans.
