    I've had mine for awhile now. And love it
    I keep mine in my living room so I can see it daily and use it.

    Hi Brandy, I just got my machine. It definitely works the butt and thighs. How many reps do you do for each position or do you squat a certain amount of time? I did notice using the machine correctly, the up and down rhythm reminds me of rowing. Love your channel.

      I mix it up a bit I don’t do reps I just squat for 10-15 minutes and change things up in between. 😺you can do the same. It’s more fun when you turn on music too and follow the rhythm 🎵

      The ankle weights I used around my waist is from target. The bands from Walmart :)

    Hey! Great information. Thank you. Where do you position your seat? I have been trying to find the perfect positioning because I still feel it in my legs more than my glutes.

      Lauren Callahan for everyone it’s different to where you position it because your legs might be longer. I position mine to where when I Sqaut.. my butt is in the middle of the seat. If you really want to feel it only in your butt do low to mid squats and use the band while at it. This forces you to squeeze your butt while squatting because your trying to keep your legs apart stretching the band.

      She said she was her husband adjusted it so no more squeak

      Tri-Flo is the answer (not WD-40!)-spray it on a cloth and wipe down the piston. All of your squeaking problems will go away as long as you keep checking on and tightening up any loose screws with a hex wrench. The squeaking was unbearable before that.

      Posen the piston. There was a video I posted where you loosen the part that connects to the pump and your seat. I believe it may be in my “does this really work video.”

    Have you noticed more definition in your lower abs?

      It’s taking me a while to get definition in my lower abs. I have loose skin there from being stretched but I have noticed some change. :) hopefully it will get better. I’m counting on it!

      Espree Devora yea I can. I would say the low squats work the best if you want to only feel it in the glutes
