The money that must have went into this old historic estate home to put in new walls, plaster and ceiling work, attic and basement work, new flooring, probably new sub=flooring just to eliminate cat/animal smells and years of neglect must have been incredible. It’s just so wonderful that Sally bought GREY GARDENS from Little Edie Beale and just turned it into the beauty of an estate that it once was. After all the home went through Racoons and over 32 cats roaming around doing their business everywhere. There business is very pungent!!
