    Greetings! I just found out last week my ancestry is mostly Fulani and some Yoruba on my mothers side from Nigeria. I was born on a Friday . Ironically my name means great one in Gaelic Irish language. However, I also want to learn the Fulani language.
    *We Black Americans call real light skinned people yellow/yellow bone or red/red bones if they’re light brown tan with reddish tint. It’s usually applied to girls. Brown is just brown but Dark brown is chocolate. I think a lot of those color/skin tone definitions came from Africa.

    where your Fulani from and why is it a bit different to mines

    • @eeshmoh
      @eeshmoh 2 года назад +1

      It's also quite different with ours in Nigeria too. Perhaps due to migration and movement across regions, we drop some words and adopt some newer words from tribes we settle with, through intermarriage or even colonisation.
