To allow someone to repaint the brand new car needs lot of Courage & trust on that workshop who repaints that car 👏.
Need courage...and the owner is been brain washed by these guys... that's not even a hair size scratch..for that reason repainting new car is such foolishness
This is bad.. in the name of detailing.. looting customers.. Any one owning a big SUV if driven in Indian road will get dent sooner or later.. this is NOT Showcar.. this is bad customer service.. being dishonest is not fair to the customer... what if he gets scatch on the way to his first holiday.. will these guys give moneyback? I hope the customer gets his senses back.. THIS IS NOT A SHOW CAR..

You need to be very courageous to hand over your new vehicle (when its only 30 mins old and costs you lacs of rupees). That's called trust and you really earned it @BROTOMOTIV. Have been fan since almost 6 months of your work and honesty in the videos like your own Rapid repainting, Polo wala fresh new colours and now this video of XUV700 Flawless 👍. Since I own a newly bought Hyundai Venue very eager to see something fresh of on Hyundai Compact SUVs, as you are aware Venue has very limited colour options as date unlike creta.
I have been introduced to this world of detailing only in the month of June when I was taking delivery of my XUV700 midnight black. I got a professional from Zekardo to do PDI and there were issues with paint job micro scratches, chrome beading issues and a minor dent on the bumper. I got the dealership to take care of all of this but the micro scratches are back now. I request your expertise and guidance in helping me choose the right PPF and the right provider in Bengaluru. Would have driven to Pune if I had the choice and time. Appreciate the work you guys are doing.. keep it up..

There are almost equal number of idiots in US & Canada plus microscopic dents and scratchs are more prone to occure when driving on highway and country side cause of flying objects and rubble

It happened to me too in Bangalore. I found it just before delivery and got the dealer to repaint the panel and then I went ahead with the PPF.

I have done PDR but to get perfect finish you need very long time its labour intensive work

PDR is expensive, labour intensive, not much value for money on mid segment cars and still not practiced much in India for the same reason.
I have same shade of XUV 700 and noticed a minor dent on right rear door at the time of delivery.. Dealership acknowledged that there is a dent and changed the whole door after delivery which was amazing… Overall better experience in Mahindra than my previous Maruti

Why don't you guy's start a service like showroom assist where by your prospective customers don't have to face such issues. Just a suggestion keep up the good work.

Why would they this is bring them more money . They want damaged cars 😂. Assist would make them 2k per delivery but here they made 1 lakh plus 😅

With so much of waiting time on XUV700, I personally won't let it go post delivery and that's where dealers and manufacturer take buyers as granted.
Already itne months wait karke, a thought that the car will not be with you is painfull.
Sadly this trend is on rise. Have seen this kind of taken for granted attitude in Kia but not expected from Mahindra.
Anyways, the PPF will add and retain the shine of this sleek color.

Please let us know if you have any workshop in delhi too. Really looking forward to it. I got New MG hector and got it damaged on left side back panel. Although it's a very minor damage but it hurts to see even a small scratch on a new vehicle. The kind of work done on XuV builds up trust on the quality work you guys do.

We understand ki bohot logo ko aisa lagg raha hoga ke nayi car mai denting painting dekh kar dukh ho raha hai, to baat aise hai ki even we feel bad for the customer in such a moment. Aur isse theek karana ya na karana poora customer ka call hai. Himara kaam hai aisi information aap tak pohonchana aur jin logo ko idea na ho unhe inform karna. Ab aap as a customer is situation mai chahe repair na karayein, door change karayein ya repaint karwaye woh aapka decision rahega.
Aur yeh humare liye koi nayi cheez nahi hai, we deal with such situations on regular basis jahan damage delivered new car par hote hai ya customer se brand new car ka accident ho jata hai

Most dealerships are pretty incompetent when it comes to stuff like this. Better to get it done at a specialist and just be done with it.

As always ur work is just superb no doubt about it...but for the damage on the door panel its all about a proper PDI...and PDI should be done before the final payment of any vehicle coz practically 25lakh ki car k upaar firse repairing ka xtra kharcha karna not fair at all....

Sir you are absolutely right, many dealerships give the body shop to the contractor and they keep the painter untrained due to which a lot of dirty work is done on the car and the car looks old very quickly 🤣
