Moved to a village near Edmonton AB. houses are very affordable... car insurance and other living expenses are cheap especially TAXES! Glad i moved here. Would never think of moving to Toronto ever again. Toronto disappointed me for life.

In usa, westher is good only in southern states and west coast. Most of the northern states and mid-west has similar weather to Canada. There is no major difference between -5 and -15c.
