I like the look of the M48 a lot better than the T55. Far as who is better I have no clue. Never heard of these two tanks engaging each other either. Anyone know if these two ever had a show down anywhere in the world?
M-60 MBT not an M-48. The M-48 had a 90 mm main gun. The tank in the clip had a 105 MM main gun, not used until the M-60. The T-55 is a Russian Tank (the first tank in the clip). The M-48 and M-60 (the second tank in the clip) are American Main Battle Tanks.
@Jimy Hendrix- actually , NO! Comfort and ease of repair favored the M-48. Even with the 90mm, the M-48 had a better aiming system. Actual combat use? Depends on the crew skill and tactics employed by commanders. The reality was that M-48s were still being comfortably upgraded in the 70s while the T-55 fast became a 2nd rate tank in soviet inventory.

No, it's an M-48 with the bigger gun, last model had a 105mm same as M-60 which was already in use by then. M-60 has 3 return rollers, not 5
