      I do too she just corrects homework in in class and gives homework she never checks homework so most of our grade relies on homework and tests (my weak points)

      really though this video also teaches you how to graph functions that don't have a set domain like when x is all real numbers. You can't just draw a line to infinity.

      one possible use could literally be measuring a laser's trajectory when reflected by a mirror, which is what this looks like physically and is also a good way of thinking about it.

      That was the domain that he had set at the beginning. He didn't use them to find the slope, it was just the domain of the problem he had created.
