Criticizing MJF v. Will for being "too long" is jokes man. In prime AEW years, when Danielson used to have 60 min matches with Hangman or Kenny, people were praising the hell out of these matches. Now its just a trend to hate on AEW, i cant take these people seriously.
To be fair SummerSlam used the same damn star logo for like 10 years so i like the city themed posters with the Nashville text and Detroit Cars. My biggest gripe is that this doesnt say Cleveland to me.
With Ortons heel turn, don’t forget the eventual feud with cena too. Maybe he takes the title from Cody and then immediately after cena confronts him. Because it makes more sense for cena to take the title from orton instead of Cody. People would be pissed if cena beats Cody just to get #17. But if orton turns heel and takes it from Cody, and “injures” him too to shelf him for a couple months, it makes perfect sense for cena to come in and win the title for Cody. Then eventually Cody comes back, cena gives him a “rematch” for the belt that he never got because he got hurt, and the belt goes back to Cody because no way cena beats Cody and slows him down
IMO MJF vs Ospreay was good that could have been amazing with a different execution. It's one of those matches where once you realize what they're trying to do mid way thru, the stuff they did no matter how cool or impressive immediately loses stakes and become inconsequential until right at the end of the hour. That's where I think people's criticisms are coming from where they say that it dragged and was too long. You see the same issue with other time limit draws, iron man and 2 out of 3 falls matches. Other than that, the Tiger Driver story veers a little to close to the line between Ospreay being noble and weak-willed (no pun intended). Also, the classic MJF finish could've been more creative especially after investing almost an hour of a match. Again, good match but levels below something like Hangman vs Bryan which I thought was the better 60 min Dynamite match.
I was sure that it would be a draw before it even begun. The fact that MJF won 2 seconds before the end is a perfect plot twist and that's what makes the match so special.
Not even a Zach Bryan fan, fiancé loves him and won tickets in a Instagram contest… craziest and most entertaining concert I have ever seen I would 100% go again just for the atmosphere
The reason WWE tries not to use Jim Johnson’s songs. It’s because they have to pay him each and every time because he owns them while with death rebel they just pay them once and WWE owns the song This could also explain why death rebel doesn’t put much effort into songs.

Exactly I hate when fans constantly complain about a wrestler not getting push not realizing that it limited tv time in order for someone to get push that means someone has to drop down the card also if you push someone that means certain storylines have to end quicker as well to make room for the wrestler you trying to push
Mjf ospreay is my favorite match of the year with a bullet at this point, that or ospreay and Danielson. Ospreay has done nothing but put on matches I love since joining with aew, I'm really enjoying his run. And of course, mjf is capable of rising to the occasion when given the right dance partner. I loved him gasping for air after and claiming it was an easy dub lmao

I hate that the Hulu is just a recap of the big stuff and not the whole show. I’m not able to watch live so I miss so much stuff! Everything with new day and last testament I’ve missed. The sheamus match yall were talking about I completely missed. This sucks how much you miss
Maybe I’m in the minority here, but I can’t shake the feeling that Dante is becoming less and less informed on the current product that is being discussed. It feels like every week he didn’t get a chance to watch this or that for one reason or another. Yes, there is a lot of weekly content. Yes, he has the right to live his own life the way he wants. But, if you are putting out weekly wrestling content and (I’m assuming) making a living from said content, a little more effort should go into being prepared each week.
This is definitely a channel more for the vibes than for any real analysis of wrestling. It's not the end of the world that he misses shows imo with that in mind, but I definitely see where you're coming from
In terms of in ring work, Max and Will totally outdid Cody/Roman. But it had nowhere near the weight of Cody finishing his story or the entertainment value with all of the endgame esque interference. I agree with you but it's okay to like them both lol

I'm not saying it won't happen, but I wouldn't book Randy turning on Cody. I would have Randy either turn on KO, or depending on the timeline of when he's returning, Cena. THEN Randy goes after Cody's belt, wins it, but loses it to Cena eventually.
