Blimey..no cream goes to waste in your kitchen! Lol. Deffo diff technique to my roast pots.. I dredge par boiled pots in some seasoned flour, then into hot goose fat in the tin ,and coat, ..but the oil is minimum.. just coating base of tin. Half a millimetre . I've seen another vid, where the pots are cooked in a generic veg oil ( again minimum) and at very end drizzles goose fat over, for flavour , which I might try.. cos goose fat is 💰

I use goose fat at Christmas 🎄 I use what works with minimum fuss x
