Let me clear a few things up for you spoiler free! Aizen’s seals apply to the pillar he was strapped to. Each body part (20 keys/seals total). You can see it in the mid title info card. Kyoraku unsealed his mouth and that alone was enough for Aizen to break out completely. Kyoraku then, in a smartass fashion, unlocks Aizen’s ankles and left eye even though Aizen had already done so himself. The clothes Aizen is wearing keep his reiatsu close to him but he is still working at full power. It’s just so condensed that anyone considerably weaker than him can get erased by touching him. This mostly pertains to fodder characters like what we saw happen to the guy in this episode. Most Captains and Lieutenants are ok. If you recall before Aizen was sealed away by Urahara at the end of his battle with Ichigo - he proclaimed that his Zanpakutou had fused with him and he no longer needed it. At the time we thought that he was wrong and being overconfident having survived Mugetsu; but it appears that that is indeed the case. We know this because he used it on Yhwach in their brief meeting even though he was entirely strapped & sealed to the pillar. He can now use Kyoka Suigetsu without his physical Zanpakutou. He’s even stronger now as he’s presumably been communing with it for the last 2 years while locked away in Muken. Shinigami have their own “inner world” after all so it makes perfect sense that he’d pass the time by training with his Zanpakutou. It’s also worth noting, Aizen never “truly” hated the Gotei 13 or Soul Society. He hated the Soul King (“that thing!” as he called it) and the way the world is ran by a corpse within a crystal. The Soul King disgusted him. He wanted to replace the Soul King as he thought he would be a better fit (God complex). Unlike Aizen, Yhwach wants to erase everything as we know it and start over, where Aizen wanted to rule over the worlds in his image. So yeah, if given the choice to help stop Yhwach, Aizen would do so. It’s either that or cease to exist along with everyone and everything else. Yes there is more to it but I don’t want to go into spoilers or things explained in novels so please don’t comment below trying to correct or point out spoilers for things that haven’t been explained yet. The novels are semi-canon until they’re not ! because Kubo is cookin new content for the anime. It can be argued that the anime is now the new canon. This is just for our boi so he’s in the know on how Aizen is operating! ✌️

If I remember correctly, in the novel it also confirmed the power of FullBringer are also come from the Soul King, people like Orihime and Chad also has a very small fragment of Soul King in their soul
I really do wonder what effect this is gonna play in the future. It already looks like Yhwach stressing a bit after not being able to forsee the Ukitake SK moment
Based on the official data book, Ukitake’s strongest side is spiritual pressure, this is because he has Mimihagi’s power inside him and he is also using spirtual pressure to stable his ill body. Among the current member with Urahara, Ukitake is probably the one with strongest Spiritual pressure. PS: Shunsui’s spiritual pressure is also very high
based on bleach facts kyoraku and ukitake is strong enough to stand on someone who have transcendent reiatsu, so that's why kyoraku still fine and the moment he warn that npc, kyoraku know about that.
We saw how even the body parts of the Soul King holds such great power, so I guess it is probably okay to tell you now, remember Aizen in the past revealed just like Urahara, he created a Hogyoku too but both of their Hogyoku is incomplete so he let his Hogyoku devoured Urahara’s? When Aizen created his own Hogyoku, one of the key components is what he took from Rangiku, and that thing is actually small fragment of the Soul King. He used that to created Hogyoku (although that fragment is very small, can not compare with Mimihagi and not enough to avoid Yhwach’s Almighty)
12:59 i think you have wrong idea about how the seal work, to give a clear picture try to imagine a dog with a bite force of 743 psi, when the dog is tied with a chain or rope 2 meters long that is the furthest reach of what the dog can bite, the dog cannot bite a person at a distance of 3 meters, but it that doesn't mean the dog's bite force was reduced to 50 psi. 14:38 i think that's not fit, its more like when you are about to be pounced on by a lion you drag a person and place him in front of you. Basically dragging Aizen who was not previously in this situation (of course because he was in Muken) into the situation faced by Soul Society (that's why Kyoraku wants Aizen out).
Remember when ichibe and yhwach were talking in ep 24, ichibe said ”Those eyes are truly disturbing, but they could never see through the soul king”
