Anyway, this is a spacious studio unit that we made into this modern space with designated area for everything. It's bright, with hotel vibe, and plenty of storage as well. Hope you enjoy! :)

Hi Elle! May I suggest you do a video naman dun sa mga typical small units ng mga subdivisons? Ang hirap kasing isipan ng design ang mga townhouses like what we have. Wala naman akong makitang masyadong videos and tips. I always see for condos lang. I hope you consider. Thanks! ❤
I love the simplicity of the interior but still with the glam. Every space was maximize. So cute. Designs were not exaggerating.

Bet ko ang floor plan nito para sa isang condo unit.. Madalas kasi sa mga condo unit pag pasok mo, kung hindi kusina agad, cr naman.. Eto pag pasok mo iving area talaga.. Mukang mga normal na layout ng bungalow/studio type na bahay..

I wish magkaroon ako ng ganitong homey place, neat, cozy, functional. Ito ang type ng design para sa tulad kong senior na. easy to maintain, minimal, spacious, maginhawang kumilos. ang ganda ng paint colors at yung divider looks really nice w/ tubular design, well ventilated & proper lighting. the owners will surely love the comfort feeling in their new home! thank you for another inspiring video, always excited & happy to see more & more! I think she would need the permission of her client before disclosing costs. That's confidential between them. If you want to know the cost generally speaking, she actually made a separate video dedicated for it. Please check her previous videos.
@@kheiisan thank for this and i know the client confidentiality part.... i did not mean the whole and actual cost... what i hope for is the estimate cost ... yes i have watched the video regardng that but evwry renovation/repair is different that is why i am asking for estimates ....

Water dispenser space good idea!
Sa lahat yata ng design na nagawa mo, dito lng ako may puna. Yun lang devider ang hindi ko nagustuhan. Sa sobrang simple para bang papunta ka sa kulungan ng mga preso. Siguro, maganda yun kung naiba yung pattern nung devider. Pero all in all maganda, ang design from living room, kitchen, dining room. Talagang napapahanga mo ako.
Ang ganda mo mag explain Elle. I love the way you imagine things and turn it into reality. Hindi lang design iniisip mo but also how functional the design will be. Super thumbs up!

Elle, NAPAKAGALING mo! I love the design. I approved it! Two things tho. #1. I would put the TV right in front of the dining table and the living space, so that it would have dual-purpose (while eating & chillin' in the living space). Or pede din na, I would make the TV rotate and make it as a divider between the dining & bed space. So, pede ko sya iikot pag nasa dining/living or sa bed space ako, so multiple purpose sya. And #2. I'd put a huge plant right beside the office desk (where you would originally put the TV). That's all! The rest, IT'S PERFECT! I would love to live in that space. It' B E A U T I F U L.

I love all your work but this is my personal favorite so far! It is modern, functional pero may sense rin ng personality. I particularly adore the wood element in this design. Ang ganda rin nung visual separation ng bed area while maintaining airflow. Someday, magpapadesign din ako sayo. Hehe. Love you Miss Elle!
