One thing I dislike is how the language became less unique and interesting through the movies. In Transformers 1, Cybertronian was electronic noises that were unpronounceable for humans and completely alien and unlike any language that exists on Earth. I really liked that. In Transformers 2, only Starscream speaks any subtitled Cybertronian, and it’s just reused audio from the first movie. In 3 onwards, Cybertronian is basically just gibberish words that could be any human language.
You do know that the gibberish words were also in the first movie? Frenzy, Barricade, Megatron specifically to my knowledge. In some behind the scene videos we see Hugo Weaving voicing gibberish in sync with a scene where Megatron gurgles something, but its edited to sound nothing like speaking but rather growling.

Doctor Scalpel is actually speaking English in a German accent, not often the language of Kaon Igor (little green guy in DotM) is saying "my master, yes master" in english

Even as a kid it always bothered how Cybertronian slowly changed from a mechanical frequency, into a spoken latin-based dialogue in movies 4 & 5. Still annoys me, and it's much cooler to think that humans couldn't learn or speak the language even if they tried.
