Many people suggest that we should always write the numbers in words and not in numerical form. I am actually confused about that. What do you suggest in that? And the numbers in words, for example, 5000 as five thousand will count as one word or two words.?

Hello, i have a question that i hope you can answer. Do we have to use the same article in the text or we should put the appropriate one. Ex: the information can be found on our website. The question is: the information can be found in ---------. The answer key says that the answer is "the website". however, i believe that we should use the excat wording from the text. Therfore i used "our website" as an answer.
