i actually thought it would be cool if he were a strategist. he could stretch maybe to form a human shield around team members or or even stretch around and net enemies to nerf damage i think that would make him really unique

They're thematic but i dk if bad or good or early. But i keep getting 4 duelist 1-2 vanguard games. the healers are actually very strong, but you can't lie people come to marvel rivals to play Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Starlord vs Mantis, and Venom and Spider man vs Famous made this year characters like Cloak and Dagger. Ever heard of them in the avengers movies? Hell, me neither. Still solid though.
I mean you have lots of Batmans, hawkeyes, black widows but how many natural born comic characters naturally come with healing powers outside of Wolverine and /or deadpool? And Even then, fighting capable healers vs combat healers. Hell i like Cloak and Dagger for a comfort pick but i looked at their bio, support is the shortest list and a couple of the characters were literally created this year or never heard, Like Cloak and Dagger is Moira and made in 2024, and it's about a person with healing powers the year this game also came out (2024). Literally never heard of Luna Snow either, who seems to fit in more, but also created recently. Though Ultron not as a Tank or duelist seems odd to me considering there's a What if Infinity wars version of him. But the healing drone idea was definitely a idea for Overwatch 2's Dva short side buddies, like Overlord, a korean kpop dva counterpart with healing drones. Who got scrapped because apparently Dva had Spaghetti code from hell and they never wanted to do another dva again.

Regardless if reed is a duelist or vanguard, it doesnt matter, play him like he is a vanguard, thats why in some high rank games there are comps with a line up of 1-3-2, 3-1-2 or 2-1-3, this is not overwatch, everyone is so used to the idea of having a 2-2-2 line up, though i agree there is lack in characters in the other two roles, i believe that they will add more characters in those roles, its only season 0, let them cook and then start to complain when it gets out of hand.

Favorite hero right now, rocket, he may not be super optimal but there’s just something about being a tiny target dashing and using my jetpack, wall climbing and being a pesky rodent that attracts me to rocket
I hope they end up switching Fantastic’s movement skill from a lock on, those never feel good to use. Movement abilities need to be more fluid and free to use, the extra added skill you need is also nice.
Many dualists also are pretty supportive like storm is more like lucio, yea she can't heal but lucios often don't heal much anyway when played properly, he's there for the speed boost, and apparently Reed Richard's is gonna have healing abilities which will likley make him feel like a sudo support. People gotta realise this ain't overwatch, the 3 roles are just loose labels.
In comics lore, Ultron was made by Hank Pym (Ant-man) to aid the Avengers when they can’t attend to some emergencies because of prior engagements. It’s not a full-on attacking robot, so I think having the strategist role is ok.
I think it’s more of a “If we’re going to be allies I might as well keep your meat bag body functioning while you are still useful to me” kinda thing. Loki also doesn’t seem like the healer type but they managed to flavor it well as healing magic.

Basicaly using abilites charges up a meter that gives you more dmg. When you reach full meter you transform into the big form model you see on the video, which gives even more dmg and health boost.
i really really really hope we get soon more vanguards and strategist we have toooo much duelists and role queue would make the game a 10/10 instead of an 8/10 for me
