He is flying 3D, this is Not a easy task, his hand eye coordination and remote stick control is on another level!! When flying normal he quickly goes inverted, and keeps his axis at center! I don't think there are many micro processors and software, since it's a motor and esc (that has software and microprocessors), and the pitch of the blade is controlled by servos. Multi-rotors have flight controllers, but helis don't. 🤷‍♂️

Lots of practice and money. When I worked at the hobbyshop I picked up helis and it cost a lot the more you dumb stick it. But it pays off when you start learning the maneuvers. Simulators do help to learn the muscle memory before you do it on the real thing. Start small before you go into the big size helis or your paying 1000$ plus on repairs.
