I chose speed 400 because of the seat height. Also there is a major difference in how RE measures seat height-for all its motorcycles it's lower than on paper value. So 790mm of speed 400 I cannot flat foot, but 804mm of interceptor I can.

Regardless of what Shumi says Guerrilla is the best sub 400cc motorbike except the new Duke 390. Only setback is the tyre which once change will unlock the full potential of the bike which is akin to 1st gen Duke 390, just more reliable.

Hello, Is there any specific reason you guys not recommend the honda CB series such as CB 350RS? I think Yes the honda is keeping same bike with problems like gear ratio not updating the model from last 4 years and thats pathetic. Please reply.
We believe that the CB350s aren't a good representation of Honda @sauravpatil8040. Its's just them pretending to be Royal Enfield to take some of Classic's sales away (and fail at it). So, we'd rather you get the original instead. 🤷
Thanks to this video, I was quite confused between these two. I was confused between Royal Enfield's brand loyalty+ performance and Triumph 's iconic brand and comfort and all else. I also have one more question - what to prefer in these two again as I am 5"6' so that triumph might be a little taller for me or to choose guerilla's suspension instead. My purpose is for the city rides only or might be weekend trips too. I am based out of NCR, so can anyone suggest something in this.. plz
I am a Scramber 400X owner and I think you will struggle with the saddle height of 400X. I am in the ballpark of 5.8 and I tiptoe the bike when I ride solo.
You'll need skills at 5"6' no doubt, but if you have it, the Triumph scrambler is a no-brainer. My suggestion - take multiple test rides. That was the only way it worked for me. I realized that I was sort of at the edge of my comfort zone during the test rides (not because of height, but more the unfamiliar seating position for me), and I knew I'll get used to it eventually.

I'd choose any other bike over a sub-650cc Enfield. And I dunno what the other commenters see in it, probably just brand simps, but the Guerilla just doesn't feel serious enough! For the money you pay, it should be making people turn heads, which it doesn't. More importantly, power doesn't mean it is a good bike. I've ridden the 400X and it was the best feeling bike I've ridden so far! It can obviously go very fast, but even low speed crawls don't feel forced on it. Within the city, the Speed 400 would make more sense, but I would still go for the Scrambler 400X due to it's ground clearance.
Dude i have a speed and i have to ride mostly if not always, in cities. I tried cornering once on scrambler, and it didnt feel that confident. Might have to do with the tires, not sure... @minuteToCover I'm not trusting that 411 chassis. There was one incident at Maligaon where a guy was going at a decent speed on a plain, straight road, and it's handlebar seemed to keep sinking lower and lower, until eventually, it just snapped and the guy had massive injuries on his chest, especially the left side. It wasn't even an old bike, probably just a month or two on in of riding it!
@digantadas3190 No. Even the Sherpa engine has issues, which Shumi clarified in the full explanation video of the bike. The chassis is good, but the engines aren't dependable. So far, I've heard the least amount of complaints about the 650 twins. I don't plan to buy any Royal Enfield at all, but even if I do someday, it'd be one of the 650s. And by 650, I actually mean the upcoming Himalayan 650 or 750 - whichever it is.
