Almost Skunked With the New Net! ~ Coho Fishing Puget Sound Area 11~

In this video I try out a new Pro-troll flasher, the Green Hornet and experiment with Herring Strips. We barely keep the skunk off the boat with a small Hatchery Coho.

Caught two that same day just north of the bridge and fox island, 87 and 65ft later in afternoon. Today lost one at the surface and one at the boat just south of the bridge. one of those days... did net and release a wild king though. been having pretty good luck with the green glow ace hi fly.

Shoot, yeah we came back empty handed as well. I’m trying out some Owner No Escape hooks on my next outing. Hopefully they will help with a few of those lighter hookups. Thanks for stopping and chatting on the dock, I’m sure I will see you out there soon.
