This is an awesome mod. I love the better control in cyberspace, especially being able to turn on the long sections, and the faster wall jump. The new homing shot looks super cool and more dynamic. Faster combat for Super Sonic is such a great idea, really portrays his enhanced power and speed. The parry times are perfect in my opinion. I like the idea of a timed parry, but Frontiers frame-perfect parries are just egregious; these second(s) ones are great. The only change I’d want is for Amy to be third fastest, and Knuckles slowest. Amy is stated to be one of the faster characters, and is repeatedly a speed type; it makes more sense for her to be faster than Knuckles. But I wouldn’t make Knuckles slower, I’d just make Amy faster; because this speed for Amy just felt way to slow.
Man, there's so many ways mods can improve Sonic Frontiers. And the best part is based Frontiers alone is already a great game from the start so mods just make the game even better.
Cool tech for the vanilla game to get the same effect, as you hit the enemy, double jump to cancel the rebound animation and now you'll be able to instantly homing attack again :3
6:48 I’m so mad they removed that windup animation entirely in the base game, it made the transition from the weird small jump ball to gliding slightly less jarring, all they had to do was have it not lock you in place

Funny how a physics oriented mod ends up making combat so much more enjoyable to watch, even if the counterbalancing damage nerfs seem to have gone a bit too far.
I wonder if it would be possible to mod in new attack combos for Amy, Knuckles, and Tails... In theory, someone could replace skill tree abilities like the basic attack, stomp, and parry with new combo skills, and add them to their default kit instead. It would take a HECK of a lot of complex coding though.
I don't know what the difficulty is set to, but I feel like the Super Sonic damage decrease is a bit too much... None of his attacks feel powerful anymore when they all just do chip damage. The fact that you were _barely_ able to beat Giganto despite playing near flawlessly says a lot.
To be fair, he's also doing it with all stats at level 1. It's probably better with stat increases. Compare that to base game where playing at level one is almost a requirement for a fair challenge (with the obvious exception of the Final Horizon DLC). The damage nerf means you can still get a nice challenge even after level-ups.
Also As A Request, Could You Please Do Wyvern Or Knight As Super Sonic Showcases Instead, Cause Recently, You've Seem To Just Have Forgotten Them. Just Asking As A Request, You Don't Have Too, Just Saying It Feels You Use Giganto Too Much

I may be alone in this, but the fact that you now need to do hundreds of attacks with almost no delay means that the music gets absolutely obliterated by the SFX of the attacks. And that's not that nice for me. The battle isn't even that much more difficult. You just have to do more attacks and lasts longer.
this is the definitive way to play Frontiers. not changing the already nice feeling of the game just because of SA1/2 momentum fanboys, this is a really good balance, nice physics, amazing and faster combat, cyberspace now better than ever, this is just perfect. I wish I had Frontiers on PC because I would def install this mod
There's so many great mods of this game only a year into its lifespan, and I'd love to play them, but my PC just kind of screams at me whenever i play this game and runs super hot, and I'm assuming it's because Denuvo is taking up most of the game's resources cause I know my build is not shrieking because it's trying to render what is basically a Switch game.
wouldn't it be more logical to have Knuckles as the slowest character instead of Amy? she's been runing after Sonic her whole life, also (I didn't play the mod yet) but I think the difference when switching from Sonic to Amy in the begining of Another Story could be a bit debilitating

If the water was clear you’d be able to see it better, but when boosting through water with Tails he does his little swimming animation from Sonic 2

in the defense of the mod, vivacity started the fight with only around 150 rings

The day will come when a mod that gives Tails an actual moveset that isn't just "Wrench" releases.
A lot of the changes are nice, but the speed of the characters and the damage look like they were nerfed WAY too much
