For ,1 person per month 7-10 k enough
i'm an introvert , don't travel or go outside much , nor fast food much , then how much should be , in about 8k enough ? also mobile recharge , like here 300 rupees sim recharge is done here , what's the price there , i'm very curious about these things , the 20 to 25 lakhs is only for college and hostel fees , but it will reach aboutt 30 lakhs , after these extra charges ☹️
u can manage easily in 6-7 k also........ mobile recharge is 350-400 k per month minimum...
Travelling is not expensive .....total budget will be less if u manage properly

Yes . Moscow university provides this facility but it's too costly and u have to learn Russian language .it's not in English...
