no mention of utilities, internet, mobile phone, gasoline, car maintenance, casual clothes shopping, eating out, misc expenses. Please add these and upload the video again.
Actually, we did include some of these under misc expenses and as some of them are not monthly recurring expenses like clothes shopping hence we didn’t include those in monthly expenditure.
Also we don’t spend money on car maintenance and gasoline since we have electric car.
All expenses are based on lifestyle and income. Electric/natural gas for heating varies from state to state, also how big the house is. Car payments depends on your car and your credit score. Car insurance depends on where you live, car model, mileage driven, good driver discounts. Lots of variables when calculating living expenses.

I stay at salt lake city at kolkata. Its very expensive here too. So area wise expenditure depends. The matter remains same everywhere around the globe.
Nice video but a request, please don’t advertise exploitation of Costco’s return policy. The abuse of return policy causes prices to go up. It’s embarrassing to see Indian families bring fruits and vegetables after two weeks coz they didn’t use it or return mattress or clothing after a year of usage - it’s rather shameful.
When earning and expenditures are done in same currency what's the use of conversion?

I dont think so mei kabhi foreign mein rehne ka sochungi bcz wahan servants afford nhi kar sakte..yahan india mein fun hai..chef,maid and driver easily afford and enjoy life queen ki tarha😂😂

We only know about two such areas in Bellevue: Crossroads and downtown. Downtown will be a little bit expensive.

Exact amount btana thoda mushkil hai kyuki kaafi factors pr depend krta hain jese shopping, travelling etc. but approximately aap aaram se $1K se jyada save kr paate ho.

Sir if bachelor's want to stay in US to uska total cost kitna aaega? Rooms maybe sharing ho
In that case:
- Room rent : $1500 approx. considering you are living in a separate room in seattle or nearby area (bellevue or redmond).
- Food: $400 approx. Because you are coming as a bachelor toh high possibility h ki bahar se khana order karoge toh food ka thoda jyada kharcha ho sakta hai
- You won’t need a car unless you wish to travel around. Groceries and all sab online delivery ho sakti h so there will be no cost for car and car insurance
- Medical insurance bhi under $50-$100 ho jaayga.
So based on above assumptions,
total kharcha : $2500 se upar ja sakta hai per month.

It would be difficult to find a house with 4-5cr range. House here starts from arnd 800K$ and it can go up based on the locality.
Also you may be able find cheaper house in other localities which i may not be aware about.

Geico hain… mere pas phele state farm ka tha and then I switched to geico and surprisingly unhone premium kam charge kara. $100 ke bhi under tha
But abhi dubara renew hua hain toh ab premium $138 kar diya hain.

I may not have accurate information around this topic but as far as I know your VISA type doesn’t affect your salary much.
For example if you get placed in one of the FAANG companies then you might earn similar to other employees at same level with different VISA’s.
Also since you didn’t mention the field, so if you are asking for SWE jobs then you can check the salary trends on levels.fyi . 😊
