A tight beautiful house... All those bathrooms are a plus, the very nice well designed kitchen, I think it needs another downstairs master bedroom and... I didn't see a basement?

The neighbor is 10 feet away. SMH! I liked the loft feature for the kids rooms. Should of showed one up close.

That's less yard work. A lot of people like that. After a long work week do you want to spend the whole weekend trimming trees, bushes and cutting grass? Because that is what those large lots turn into.
Lots of people want a substantial house with a more manageable lot size. You also tend to be closer in to the city with that. Which is a shorter commute. Another advantage. Large lots tend to be way out. That includes a long hard commute. The side yard was the one that is a little tight. But I don't think that is uncommon. The backyard is OK.

Lots of people do their own yard work even in nice neighborhoods. If you hire a service that will cost you money and an intrusion of privacy. Even well off people will be more well off if they avoid this cost. You also don't want people on your property all the time when you want quite family time.
If your kids want a park go to the park. Also let the city keep up with the trees, bushes, grass and landscaping. Big yards are overrated for a variety of reasons. On the surface they seem to look nice. Then you have all the work to deal with them and the expenses to maintain them. Not as much fun anymore.
