Under certain states if you dated for a period of time officially and someone cheats, you can still get paid for infidelity. This is why she wants to claim abuse and use it to remove the NDA so she can prove infidelity and get paid for it. A lot of extremly wealthy dudes who have a habit of dating and cheating, I believe have their money in offshore accounts and living trust. So if the girls try to take them for money, the court cannot legally take anything from you. Probably a lot of cases where golddiggers try this and when their lawyers realize this and the gold diggers only end up with like 50K instead of $5 million. Cause the rich dude already set-up a safety net to prevent gold diggers from taking a chunk of their fortune. Cheating in Florida is considered a crime and I think she knows that thats why she chose to officially live in Florida so she has a case on her hands.

That's why when NDA are signed you are not allowed to talk about it for the purpose of gettng what you asked for. The fact that she stayed around and having recordings and documents, she probably was strategically planning a suit while in a relationship.
Tiger is basically a serial cheater, he cheated on his wife with Elin Nordegren after she was his nanny and then basically is the same cause of his divorce all the women know this and if you are caught cheating during a relationship whether marriage or not, you can financially gain from it if you prove it. The NDA basically prevents her from profiting because she can't use it, so she wants to introduce abuse as a way to take away the NDA to legally prove he cheated, so she can gain a settlement, being his girlfriend. She had this planned from day one.
