It seems the closer we get to God, the more we draw nearer to Him, then we get attacked. Our bodies and sometimes minds (the flesh) seem to rebel, because the flesh does not want to be under the rule and authority of the Spirit. However the Spirit is the Spirit of truth and the truth makes us free, so we have to live in the truth(the Spirit, the word of God), teach and train our minds to think truth not facts (facts are the pains in our bodies, the fears that grip our hearts, the doctors reports, the bills etc), because TRUTH changes facts, ALWAYS. It's a fact that virgins cannot get pregnant without sperm (seed), however TRUTH says, a virgins will give birth, and her son will be the Messiah. Mary, the virgin believed (even though she had never seen or heard of such happening), she trained her mind to think on TRUTH, not facts. Her heart believed, our hearts believed too, or we wouldn't be Saved and have our sins forgiven or have a relationship with God. We heard (faith, comes by the word of God), and we trained our minds to believe that God is based on the evidence of creation and our hearts believed. People who pray believe God is and that He hears them,they trained their minds to believe that TRUTH. Atheists have trained their minds to believe that there is no God, even with the evidence of creation and life, and they live lives without God. We also should train our minds to believe that God has healed us and loves us dearly, that's keeping your mind on God, along with that comes peace and provision. Praise God we are healed and set free. We are no longer subject to the flesh and all its evil desires.
