Eric Wang is coming of age in a traditional Asian family. Following his grandmother's recent passing, Eric inherits a mysterious box, entrusted to him alone by his grandmother before her death. Within the box, Eric discovers seemingly insignificant items-a plastic ring, a handwritten poem, and an old black-and-white photograph. Yet, as Eric delves deeper into the secrets concealed within his grandmother's legacy, he realizes that these seemingly mundane objects hold the key to unlocking profound truths about his grandmother's and his own identity.
