      Thanks for the animation, as it helps a great deal.
      I highly suggest that people listen to the discussions with Randal Carlsen about the 'Fires from the sky' series. He reads testimonials from survivers of the Great Chicago Fire, the Manastee Fire, the Great Wisconsin Fire and more that all burned in the same night. These could not all have been started by Mrs. O'Reily's cow.
      Randle also discusses motif's remaining in historic art and architechtural art that gives us a hint of "Fire from the Sky". One described phenomena are 'smoke bombs', that look like balloons filed with smoke and fire exploding on contact with the ground.
      Many of the most recent fires from California, and the Maui fire also show strange signatures. Couple the study of those fires with Carlsen's work and we might be getting a natural phenomena. Currently being dubbed as plasma fires, and I'm leaning toward an electrical ground phenomena. Things like trees burning on the inside of the bark of trees or branches, but not touching dried leaves or sticks.

    The German Wikipedia article for the event has a much beefier section on interpretations. I know Wikipedia's not the best source, but it does have some interesting points, the most relevant of which I will share the translations of (corrected for grammar).
    "Skeptics and historians, such as Ulrich Magin, first draw attention to two serious inconsistencies in Glaser's woodcut: For example, it is not clear why the famous imperial castle is missing from the depiction of the city, even though it was the landmark of Nuremberg in Glaser's time. On the other hand, the woodcut shows St. Leonhard's Church burning, although it was completely destroyed in a fire in 1508 and was only rebuilt in 1560. According to the Nuremberg city documents, Hans Glaser stayed in the city between 1540 and 1571; He must have been aware of this historical event. [Based on] the historical and chronological discrepancies, according to Magin, the woodcut strengthens the assumption that the Nuremberg leaflet mixes several events and natural celestial phenomena that took place at different times."
    "Meteorology also deals with early modern leaflets on which “heavenly miraculous signs” can be seen. The background is the observation that many depictions depict real celestial phenomena of all kinds. The most common of these celestial spectacles include halos, [sundogs], solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, northern lights and shooting stars. According to meteorologists, the famous Nuremberg leaflet from 1561 most likely recorded a morning halo phenomenon including several [sundogs]. According to Frank Johnson, this is supported by both the two "crescent moons", which were probably moved behind the sun for reasons of space, and the fact that, according to the report, the event lasted silently for over an hour. The large black “spearhead” may be due to so-called cloud rays (also called “twilight shadows”). Since Hans Glaser mentions an increase in “heavenly miraculous signs” in “recent times” in his report, it is also conceivable for Johnson that several celestial phenomena perceived at different times were artistically summarized in the painting."
    The argument being made in the second quote is that the reason so many things don't fit with meteorological explanations is that it represents multiple in a single drawing. This still doesn't explain the weird balls or why it's unlike anything he depicted before or since, but maybe one of the several phenomenon Glaser might have combined was the plasma thing another commenter mentioned. It'd certainly be rare enough that only one or two historical documents are known of depicting it. Meteors are also another strong contender for inspirational elements with aspects such as the wreckage.
    The main issue with aliens is why. Why fight over earthly skies? If it was an alien battle, why converge and diverge from the sun repeatedly? From the description it was centered on the sun, which leads me towards the possibility of optical involvement. Also, the supposed alien at the bottom could be just another woman with light hair, as can be seen in the blood rain woodcut by Glaser (upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/7/75/Blutregen_bei_Dinkelsb%C3%BChl_1554.jpg). On several different versions online, a line can faintly be seen separating the face from what looks to me like some sort of cap which is another possibility. Both this figure and the woman standing nearby are pointing at the same spot in the sky. I can make out the "physical femininity" as well as a dress. The dress is just white which makes it the same color as the skin.

    I've been watching a lot of videos about this. I wanted to think it was aliens but after thinking about it more, I think it was a flurry of comets that crashed into eachother and into the sun and then fell towards the earth, burning up in the atmosphere in various sized chunks and pieces.

    While this video is very good - and I enjoyed it, it would have been good to know what was going on in Nuremberg leading up to that specific date. That is, a contemporary historical background for that time. Was there a war on? Had a major defeat been experienced? Had there been a plague? Or a major fire? In short, had some jarring event had an effect on the collective psychological experience of the good people of Nuremberg? If peoples’ imaginations were running riot about what ‘bad thing’ might come along next, that might explain how a vivid sundog display could be imagined to be something greater and more significant.

    Good job. Well, one thing is a report about some strange creatures in a land far far away, another thing is a report about an event in a well renowned city like Nürnberg. As far as I remember the fallen object was saved in a gallery until not long ago.

  • @kristimcgowandarkoscellard3126
    @kristimcgowandarkoscellard3126 2 года назад +3

    The description at the beginning sounds a lot like plasma formations , as if there was some terrible electrical plasmatic discharge between the sun and other objects, even the tubes with “balls/globes” within it sounds like a plasma discharge formation. The blood red crosses sound like a plasma formation also. However, it is the very last bit that doesn’t. All the objects fading and slowly descending also sounds like plasma but falling to the earth and smoking does not! Also, I know of no plasma formation that looks like a black spear. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t one. Looking up the shapes, colors and behavior of plasma formations is worth taking a look and I think most will find it uncanny how similar they are to what is described here.
    Cheers

    • @Conspiratorial
      @Conspiratorial  2 года назад +1

      That's a really interesting theory, I'm going to go look into that right away. The crosses/globe formations actually sounds spot on, although you're completely right, the smoking and falling and producing wreckage absolutely do not sound in line with that. But such is the mystery with this case! Thanks so much for that comment Kristi, v. interesting stuff!

    • @johncaze757

    Honestly I agree with everything until your interpretation of the figure at the end. I personally think you kinda stretched it there and it might just be another normal human, and if figures where to have come out of the objects, I would assume the document would have mentioned them as well. Like if he took the effort to draw a potential alien I assume he would have mentioned it in the text. I however, will never rule out the possibility that the air "battle" could have been aliens, however of course we can't be 100% sure. I believe advanced alien civilizations exist, although I have not seen enough information to convince me definitively that they have ever visited Earth, however I would not be surprised if it turned out they have.

    you know that you can know what these mean by talking to those who were there fighting!
    And if you were told this story you would recognize the various elements and their intents and purposes.
    The arrow head ship is an Andromidan membership, as is our moon. The smaller are fighter craft, of which there are 2 or more factions. The Andromidan's are a part of a federation who are again, like Atlantis was, is an invading force.
    I could probably draw you the real shapes of the fighter craft because it is known who was in this battle, but our world controllers don't want to to know any ET info. including giants and others, but it is known and knowable. In fact, I can show you filmed footage of battles around our Soular system on youtub, look for Vlash/Maitre vs Karistus, these are 3 races, 2 from a greater alliance against the angels of Jupiter, Karistus, where and who humans call angles, and the other group are the various monster myths named by humans, reptanoids, dark life sucking people and otherwise.

    I don't buy the sun dog or ergot poisoning theories.
    But the first line, of the original description of the event, makes me wonder:
    "At first there appeared in the middle of the sun two blood-red semi-circular arcs ..."
    Could it have been a massive solar flare, like the Carrington event ..but even stronger.
    I've noticed countries like to call these historic events other things. But, massive solar flares occur evey 150 (or so) years.
    The next one, will destroy all electrics on Earth. And our leaders are well aware of them and their effects.
    The public, oddly less aware :)
