We can’t believe that we didn’t check out the Big Mango when we were in Bowen in 2017! But we have visited a number of other Big landmarks, including the Big Bogan (and the Little Bogan), the Big Ant, the Big Gumboot, the Big Stubby, the Big Galah, the Big Crocodile, to name a few - all fun to visit 😘😘

Nice work Glenn on that throttle cable! I had one break once and it left the throttle wide open while I was driving!....gotta shut it off and coast but not lockup the steering column when you turn the key off. Some modern cars that won't work.
I really love your video blog! I've been to Australia ten years ago for a couple of months and this blog makes me miss it so much...but it's a huge comfort in those difficult Corona times as well :) thank you guys! One question though, aren't you afraid of stingers so far north in the ocean? Or was it safe during that time of year? Save traveling and keep this great work up :)
To get to that beach you have to take a boat out, and while taking the boat out we checked out some snorkelling spots around the area. The beach itself is just sand bottom so not as nice.

they uploaded this in winter which is a safe season cause theres no stingers. stinger season is november to march
Where did you go snorkelling? Was it just off a beach or did you take a boat out?
