Birmingham library is newly built and has become a tourist destination due to its modern design and enormous size, it also has a roof garden that gives the best view over Birmingham.

Are we suppose to pay for a book or can we just rent/ borrow from library?

It's a public library, you don't have to pay to borrow books from it
