Love the video. I’m getting back in the (ebike) saddle again after quite a few years. I live next to the Granite Way in Devon - walk our dogs there regularly. Looking forward now to cycling home from Ilfracombe with my wife this summer - towing doggy pensioners Fergus and Bobby in a trailer. The soundtrack song is brilliant by the way. Now a Highwaymen fan and a subscriber to your channel... in case you do any more vids.
I like your green V8 condor dude. I'm heading to Plymouih with my MTB and doggie trailer doing it from south to north. I return but turning off to exeter then back that way to teignmouth and torquay. I may hire a surfboard up north devon for some surfing and was going to carry my board on top of the trailer but with the weight of CHARLIE the dog etc .... its all a bit much especially trying to get on board a train or trains to Plymouth?never carried that much gear on a train before and I get a vision of the train leaving dragging the trailer an board while iI'm busy look for hyper dog. Charlie 's been banned from Wikos store................. nice video thankyou for letting me know its flat phew that a relief not that it bothers CHARLIE SURFS UP!
@@HUNKOFGINGERGOODNESS yes it is an excellent route for beginners. Probably the best route for beginners of all the ones I have cycled on the national cycle network. It is mostly well signposted (plus sustrans sell a map of the route) and pretty flat with lots of traffic free cycling. You might want to add an extra day to make it easier, particulalry if accessing the route by train as Ilfracombe is not connected by train so easily. If you do, do it. Im sure you'll have a great time
Hi Rachel, I did one little off road optional section which is still part of the route. You can stick to the road or do this couple of miles off road. So yes I stuck to the route as such. Hope you enjoy the ride if you get to do it
Cool film! 👍🏻😁
