First off, using that many toners and serums will just dilute each other and does not allow a lot of the ingredients to do their work. She also cleansed a little too much with that donkey milk and the astringent. Most people would be dry as HELL after that many cleansers. She really only needed the first cleanser, and the mask was ok. She probably does facials with a derm or esthetician to also help her skin. She praises vitamin E for all these scar benefits but I really think it’s either facials and all those hydrating serums/toners. Despite all this, I really like how she cares for herself and pampers herself!

I tried these many steps to skincare before and it only damages my skin in the long run. It also becomes more sensitive. So now I only wash my face with soap, sprinkle with floral water and put non comedogenic oil on in the evening. And I only splash some water on my face in the morning. I do it about twice a week. Usually it’s only water that I use on my face. Works wonders. Remember that when you put so much on your skin, especially if it has “anti ageing” ingredients or any acids (hyaluronic etc.), it makes your body stop produce your own and instead rely on the product. Which is great for the manufacturer, but not you

You are to put them on one by one so your skin can absorb each product sufficiently and completely in the formulation of how the ingredients were intended. When you’re talking about something as expensive as her particular skincare routine and the fact that we are trying to take care of our skin, I think it’s best to use them how they were intended. One product at a time and allow that product to penetrate before moving on to the next. But who am I at the end of the day 🤷♀️
