Wolverine Ridge & Purple Mound // Lake Louise // Backcountry Skiing

The Lake Louise backcountry is an area that I've overlooked in my 8 years of touring in the Rockies, so Heather and I thought it was time to check it out. There's more terrain here than what we saw/skied, so we'll definitely return.

Good video man, I liked the vlog style in the beginning. Are you using the Insta 360 R camera for the shots behind you? Looks really good, gives you a drone like effect and the really gives emphasis on how steep it is. As we all know the go pro minimizes that. Good effort in this, loved it!

Thank! I was using the GoPro Max but thinking of switching to the One R. Had a chance to use it while filming for the loan ranger and was pretty impressed

Maybe not quite spring but later in the season - for a decent base to save my skis.
