I've been watching asmr for years but been following the same people usually as lots other arsm artists with big following are so superficial or professional perhaps and too organised, it simply doesn't feel natural and relaxing or give me any tingles as everything is so planned out. I had my sound set on max with headphones and I didnt feel the brush was too loud. In fact I felt it was just right so if you do use it in the future I wouldnt lower the sound too much. I found it very tingly and mesmerizing.
