Where have I been? Things could be better

- I have too much bad luck lately. Hope there are better days coming. I had a broken jaw in 2 places. checked with multiple places. No one wants to or can't repair it do to the upper denture - they say that can't be anchored to. Well the damage on my 86 truck that I kept in perfect condition, totally depression to me, prefer to not even think about it. It has been a while. Now you know why. Bet your days have been going better than mine. I do have some video that I shot prior to all this happened. Just quite depresses with all this happening.....Thank all you folks for being loyal viewers!

Pressure washed the truck yesterday after I scooped a pail of mud off. Long day.

Oh man, I am so sorry. Sometimes life really gives us a hard kick in the pants, there's just no way around it. We are all at risk of being caught by the wolf that is always stalking us, just a few steps behind. That is why we must be grateful for every day that Fate spares us, because one day she won't. Your videos mean something to your viewers, and we care about you, dude. Don't let the depression demons get you-things can get better again. What's really good is to have come across such a really nice guy here, and that's you! As the old saying goes.. Some rain falls into everyone's life. It's just that in your case, at that time, it was a blo*dy monsoon! Hope that it's passed by long ago, and your in a good place again now. Shane. (Aka, Reliant Scimitar SE6a, Ian Galbraith - here on RUclips.) Been there, restored cars, still got the skint knuckles, dirty hair, ruined weekends, empty bank balance. Get well soon, trucks can be fixed. I totaled out my favorite truck a year ago. Replaced it with a fun truck, took awhile but it’s growing on me.,

Wow! When it rains it pours! You seem like a resilient guy, you just gotta keep your mind busy till your body heals up! Then you can put that sweet little truck an the top of the project list!
Keep your head up buddy. We have all been there and done things we wish we hadn’t. Hope the jaw heals up nice as it can. As for the mechanical automobile, things can always be fixed with the proper amount of work and money. What can’t be fixed or bought is a life. What you didn’t lose during all this is not even comparable. Count your blessings, mourn your vehicle, dust off and focus on all the things that you do have. You have your amazing brain that can do anything and you have a ton of cool gadgets and items that you love. You have a giant shop filled with things people would love to have and so many things that hold sentimental value. Just think about all that you are blessed with and your days will be bright. Take care buddy. Look forward to seeing some new projects!

always enjoyed checking out your videos (and learned something). Hopefully things will get better for you. Suggestion towards any healthcare: setup an appointment with a "specific seasoned specialist" at a large Research University Medical Center with a large endowment and excellent ratings (ie: University of Wisconsin Madison--Highland Ave Hospital). Could make a big difference with any major healthcare issues.

We are having tough times. Sorry about the accidents. Your body will heal itself and you know that you can fix the truck and heal it or have it done. It seems like dark days but like winter, it passes and the sun shines warm again and good things happen.
Hope you're getting through your situation; please give us an update. Your videos are inspiring and you will no doubt fix that truck and put together a positive video for us to enjoy because that's what you do!

Damn bud!! I just love watching your videos and they make me happy seeing you build and fixing things. We watch youtube and have channels we enjoy and get to feel like we actually know the people making them, even though we do not have any clue what the people are really like. I can tell 100% that you are in a bad place right now, hang in there man, it will get better. It seemed like the truck was a real tough topic to talk about , i suspect this sadness that came across to us viewers is coming from a deeper issue than the truck.
