Finally! I've seen many diy that uses bright colored container but doesnt bother painting it. I thought of the same idea as you. Trash bags are hdpe so they dont get affected by sunlight too. Cheap & simple solution!
Edit: baru sedar ni channel malaysia, sbb nampak label tani segar. Haha
Tips:
1. Just soak all the cotton balls needed in a bowl first. No need to spray each one
2. For tray support, use ropes & tie across the basin

yes, just simply cut above the nodes of the stems and leave it to regrow a new shoots.
