Yeah Jihyo, the red haired girl, is the main vocal but i personally think her dancing is really powerful as well. She didn't train for 10 years for nothing :)

I'm obsessed with Twice singing in their lower register!! Any female idol singing in their lower register has my attention, like the group BVNDIT and Aisha from Everglow. LOVE it.
Same it shows more of their vocal ability I think, it sounds fuller.

As someone who sings in a lower register, I am totally on board with more kpop girl groups getting to show off their more natural singing voices. Part of the reason I think Twice has struggled in past lives because with the one or two exceptions, the group leans to having lower register voices being forced to sing high notes that they have to strain to reach. Because it is cute, or something.

To answer your question, twice do usually sing their title tracks in a high register but I’m personally glad that they decided not to in “I can’t stop me” because some members are really stable and natural with their low register. Also yes, they usually use their natural voices on b-sides but jihyo, nayeon and jeongyeon would still belt.

the Red Haired Girl is Jihyo... She is the leader and the Main Vocalist in Twice! Nayeon is also the other one who does some of the highnotes. The one with the extensions! But Jihyo is not only known for being a good Main Vocalist, she is also a hardcore kpop dancer and one o the best in their group! She may not have a dance position but Onces "fandom" know that she is a very good dancer! She is also the girlfriend of Kang Daniel! :D If you know him :) They are one of the best couples in KPOP ;)

Jihyo ( with the red hair) is the main dancer but honestly even though she doesn’t have a dance position she’s easily top 3 best dancers in twice, she’s such a great performer. If you react to their live stage cam you will see that my eyes were always going to her.

Notice TWICE uses this specific flower throughout the MV, especially seen at the table where there's two versions of the members. This MV is a continuation of their previous MV More & More. Symbolism of the Garden of Eden along with concepts of death and rebirth, and the conflict between good v evil are shown in both MVs as well as their album EYES WITH OPEN.

I feel kinda bad because trolls in the More and Morea era were flaming the production of Twice's music videos when I thought they were absolutely incredible. I just heard that they got a new music video company, which I'm assuming was because of the netizens, and just feel horrible for the last people when they weren't even doing bad lol
Naive (pretty sure that’s the name of the previous company) literally got in trouble for plagiarizing a sculpture and putting it in the M&M video 💀💀 Reporters took advantage of the situation and put Twice’s name on all the headlines which was awful because they had nothing to do with it. It’s part of why onces wanted them gone. Also because of all the ugly CGI, but that’s another story💀

They did do bad, they got Twice involved in a major plagiarism controversy which dragged Twice's name in the media. The company were also critised for adding to many effects and flashing lights which caused some people to find More&More unwatchable. In addition they started following the same filming patterns in every Twice MV which made them feel repetitive and uninventive

With the MVs following the same format, I honestly was completely fine with it. MVs like 'what is love' and 'bulldozer' were incredible in my opinion and stood out a lot. I do see how they have less production than other MVs from other groups, though. I mean stray kids' music videos are GOD tier for many reasons, but I guess its all opinion based :/

hey jeff! you talked a little about having some experience with twice, i was curious if you were going to react to any of their previous content anyways! i know you've seen dances and stages from your sister, but maybe if you could put somewhere on your website which choreos you've seen/haven't seen? some of twice's choreos are some of my favorite girl group choreos and i think you'd really enjoy the dance practices if you do decide to check them out!

First time on your channel, i really loved you reaction/opinion! If you like lower register you could check the rest of their "Eyes Wide Open" album, they all are really good songs! As a Twice stan i can say that they musically matured a lot lately, starting with Fancy then Feel Special, More and More and now I can't Stop Me. Every comeback keeps getting better! I think Twice only recently started singing in a lower register. Because a lot of their earlier stuff is really high but I think they started singing lower around maybe DTNA...?? I can't really remember.

In their most recent b-sides they are singing in a lower register than they usually do. We are really glad they are doing it cause they can show more their individual voice colors. You should definitely check this album, it has 13 songs. Also please check a Momo dance compilation you won't regret it!!

Twice b-sides always had a touch of lower register in their b sides in albums from 2015-2018 it was just one b side per album but since fancy you album their b-sides have become really good and yes music vice they key is in lower register ☺️

Jeff thank you so much for all your reactions. I love it. I want to make a request, can you please react to NCT 127's My Van. This song is basically talking about how their daily routine as idols and their confession about being an SM idol isn't easy as a lot of people think. Cause you know when idols who come from a big company like them, many people will say "That's because they're from SM, of course it'll be easy for them to achieve success or whatever". If I'm not mistaken, this song is wrote by Taeyong or Mark, or both of them when they were still trainees back then. The lyrics are so deep and the repetitive beat makes me feel their exhaustion. I'm seriously emotional when I first heard this song. It makes me more appreciate and respect them, not just them, but every idol out there.

Someone here reminded me of BVNDIT because of their lower vocal register and I agree. Their voices fit so well with that register and you can prove that if you hear "Dumb". The song and the choreography are so good. I think you should check it out, you might like it.
Compared to TWICE's earlier title tracks, would agree this one show off a lower tone in their voices for the verses but their more recent titles starting from Fancy last year started doing it :)
Could you also please react to GFriend? Noticed they were on the react list before and would add their B-side track, "Labyrinth" as it has intense more "boy group" like choreography and there is a dance practice for it. They are having a comeback this November 9th with their new album and title track, "Mago"! :)
