Why are there almost no smash commentators who just commentate the games instead of just making jokes and having conversations and being character biased.
Its funny just how bad both Sephiroth and Corrins grabs are. Just saw both of them try to tomohawk grab into opponent shields but the shield bubble alone makes the enemy too far too be grabed because thats just how garbage the grabs are, literaly no range and have to use laggier dash grab to land these 😂😂😂
This commentary sucks. If you want to discuss matchups not relevant to the set, discuss it between rounds. If you want to make jokes, everything in moderation. Otherwise, keep it focused. Talk about what's relevant. Don't just say, "[player] is cooking," or whatever; what was it that made their action good? Best examples of commentary off the top are the recent CEO footage and Pokémon's live official tournament commentary.
